This well maintained condo is close to everything! Located off Route 192 in the heart of Kissimmee, this private end unit, ground floor condo has a beautiful view of a duck pond with lots of Florida wildlife and backs up to a wooded area for added privacy.
This unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, full Bathroom, and access to patio; queen size bed in second bedroom, two twin beds in third bedroom, and a pull out sofa sleeper in the spacious living room. Condo also has a Pack 'n Play for a baby. Includes all amenities including WiFi, linens, towels, and kitchen utensils including coffeemaker.
The Complex boasts an outstanding clubhouse with game room, fitness room, pool, hot tub jacuzzi, tennis courts, volleyball, children's playground, barbeque area and more! The complex is well maintained and security patrolled.

This condo is excellent. The condo is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. If you have the chance to rent this condo you should. After a long day at the parks, it's nice to have the comfort of this condo over a hotel room. My children enjoyed the pool and clubhouse very much. Donna the owner was super to deal with,and was quick to answer all my questions. I'll recommend this clean and well kept condo to all my friends .

I'm glad I found the owners of this unit. They were EXCELLENT and the unit was spectacular for our needs. It was a last minute decision for me and my family and they made it all worth it with the flexibility and space the unit offered. I'm already planning our next trip there.

My family of 5 stayed here in April 2010 for our spring break. I had a great experience with the Mrs. Hart as well as the condo. My daughter loved coming back each night to the pink condo and she especially loved feeding the ducks and turtles in the pond adjacent to this unit. There was many mornings that we had a hard time getting her away from the condo to go to Universal Studios! The complex was quiet and we felt safe. We liked the convenience of a full condo unit with a washer/dryer. It is so nice to come home from vacation with all clean clothes! We liked this unit/owner so much that we will always try to stay in this unit when we visit Orlando/Kissimmee.

My family of seven stayed here for our first Disney vacation. The owners allowed us to book it at the last minute. It was the best decision I have made! The condo was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. It was only about 10 minutes to Sea World, Disney, and Universal Studios. Walmart was right around the block so we were able to go and stock up and cook breakfast and dinner at the condo - which also saved a ton of money! There was plenty of space for all of us. The free WiFi was a great feature as well. My teenagers were able to get online stay connected, and we were able to look up other local attractions easy and conveniently from our laptop. I have already recommended this place to my friends that are also planning a Florida vacation. We will definately stay here again on our next vacation! Thank you!

We stayed here with our 3 kids ages 9, 11 & 12 for spring break. We had a fantastic time. The condo has everything in it that you could ever need on vacation. It's close to everything, yet off the beaten path so you don't feel like everyone is on top of you. It was so nice for the kids to be able to spread out and not be together constantly. The pool and playground are just a short walk away.
