Dining area seats 6 including breakfast bar. The 16 foot wide living area is equipped with a 37 inch flatscreen LCD TV with DVD and high speed internet. The living area has 14 feet of glass that opens to a furnished balcony where you can sit and enjoy the exquisite view of the white sandy beach, emerald green water, and the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and 32 inch flatscreen LCD TV with DVD. The bunk area has bunk beds perfect for children. The living room also has a queen size hide-a-bed sofa. The laundry area has a full size stack washer and dryer.
Emerald Beach Resort and Spa has the most amenities of any condo in NW Florida. Included are full concierge services, heated beach front pool and hot tub with tiki bar, rooftop pool and hot tub, and sports bar located in the walkover from the parking garage.
