This luxurious two bedroom penthouse accommodation on the top floor in the southwest corner of the new twenty-five story Emerald Beach Resort and Spa offers absolutely spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico with sunsets to die for! Amenities include one beachfront pool, an intimate roof top pool, 27 challenging holes of golf at nearby Hombre Golf Club, and the largest sky bridge in Florida.
Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo sleeps six with a king sized bed in the master, twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. We also have High Speed Internet connection at no charge! The master bath has a garden tub and the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need…including a espresso maker!
The Emerald Beach Resort and Spa food court is on the second floor and by summer will feature a pizza shop, sub shop, ice cream shop, video game parlor. When you get hungry you may choose "Beaches Restaurant" overlooking the Grand Lagoon Pool or "The Coconut and Lime Restaurant”.
This is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed, and no singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minimum of seven night rentals during peak seasons (Spring and Summer).
Emerald Beach Resort is one block from the new Pier Park which has a megaplex theatre opening in late spring and shopping. Look for future openings of Old Navy, Dillards, Ulta, Panera Bread, Back Porch and many more well known retails stores and restaurants. We are also conveniently located to the baseball/softball fields, world famous golf, and award winning restaurants.
