Hey Lori! I just had to get on here and let everyone who looks at this condo know how great it was. Our kids are 2 and 8 and it was just perfect! We set up our chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys the first day and didnt have to drag them back and forth! We could see them just 50 steps from our lanai! We saw stingrays, dolphins and found lots of nice shells. We even brought home 5 hermit crabs we found in the water for our saltwater aquarium. On the most crowded day, there were only about 25 people on the beach since there is NO public access. Lori thought of EVERYTHING when setting the up the condo, anything you would use at home is there! Nice furniture, quiet location, easy beach access! Couldnt have asked for more! Lori was so sweet and helpful with the reservations and my concerns with the looming oil. Thankfully PCB has been spared and vacation was wonderful! Thanks again Lori! And we head that way next year we will definitely be booking your place again!

Fabulous condo on the beach

We stayed at this super condo for our 20th anniversary. Lori was very accomodating and hospitable. The condo was great. We had everything we needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time. Lots of good places to eat. We got hooked on Thomas Donuts for breakfast. Pier Park is a really nice mall with a tropical touch. Would love to come back again.

Lori & Randy, Thank you for renting your beautiful condo to us. We had a fantastic time. We loved being on the quieter end of Panama City Beach. The walk out to the beach is great. Only 1 rain day and we went shopping to Pier Park, nice mall! Our trip to Margatritaville was a blast, the food was great. Don't go on the weekend during the week is much quieter. Thanks again. Hey Lori! So sorry that I haven't had time to call or e-mail---it has been go-go-go ever since we've gotten home! We absolutely loved your unit!! One of the best we've ever stayed in!! Everything was so nice and I love Pinnacle Port! We are seriously looking into purchasing a condo ourself after this past week!! :o) The location is perfect. I've learned so much from the elderly "snow birds" this week! They are all so nice and eager to help you in any way possible---we felt so safe at Pinnacle Port more than any other place we've ever stayed at! There were no "party crowds there" by gracious!! My girls loved being right on the beach and Michael and I loved it as well! That is our first experience on the ground floor and it is truly awesome! what a beautiful place! Despite tropical storm Fay, the weather was beautiful all week, until today. We “shore” appreciate all the personal touches you provide in your condo. Couldn’t ask for a more comfortable spot and what a view! I had not been to PCB in about 10 years. It has changed so much. Pier Park is nice, but I love “old Florida”. Give me Shuckums, Dusty’s and Thomas anyday. I know the more modern malls help the local economy though. Thank you Lori and Randy for sharing your spot with us. It helped rejuvinate two weary wusses! Tony and I will definitely be back!

Lori & Randy,We had a great time on our vacation! The only problem is it went by so fast! Your condo is perfect! It makes you feel right at home! Sitting on your patio reminds me of all the vacations I went on when I was young. This is the way all the little motels used to be. Your right here steps away from the ocean. My kids had a blast! So quiet and relaxing! Just what we needed! I also enjoyed the info on shells around the bend. There was no need to visit Shell Island this year. Which to me is great since you don’t have to walk a mile. Only if there was a way I could have gotten out of going to the water park! Ha! Also, I wanted to thank you for being so sweet! It was a pleasure to rent from you! I really enjoyed talking with you. It was really nice to be able to come right in without no hassle going to the front desk and having more fees to pay! We just came right in and felt immediately like we were on our own secluded beach! So nice! Not having to fight for a spot, to put our towel on the beach. Also, not having every chair at the pool held by a towel. There was always plenty of room! We will for sure be back next year. I will have to reserve a spot soon! I’m glad we were lucky enough to get that spot last minute! Thanks again! The Wonns PS: heres a few of our favorite places we go every vacation: - Schooners, great food, atmosphere and music! – Thomas Donuts (been here since I was little, great breakfast, & donuts! My #1 fav place.) – Pineapple Willy’s, kids like the shirts! – Shuckums. Margaritaville – a new favorite for us Buffett fans. Stick with the cheeseburger here! Fun atmostphere! Kids loved it too! Grayton, Red Bar – good food! Also, if you ever take a trip over the Destin way, stop and eat at Dewey Destins! Awesome! It’s a hole in the wall on the harbor. Picnic tables on the piers. Great fresh seafood & you can watch the boats and fish. This is where the locals go.

At last! June 15 has arrived-our annual beach trip and we are so excited to be here! B3-108 has been our haven of rest for years now. Last year construction and sounds of jack hammers in the condos above was unpleasant (NOTE: reconstruction post hurricane damage) but this year made up for that. Quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. This has to be the most beautiful week we’ve ever spent! Early morning walks on the beach are our favorite, however watching the sunset and listening to the waves as they break near the shore come close. We always bring plenty of books to read and I had planned to work on a Beth Moore study, “A Woman’s Heart,” but instead I read your book, “Rabboni” and I enjoyed it. Great author and even better subject! God is so wonderful to us! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us again! God bless you, we had a great time!

Thank you very much for making this condo available at such a great and reasonable price. The furnishings and décor are very very nice and we felt comfortable and at home the entire week. Being DIRECTLY on the beach was great as well! A 15-yard walk to your chair is much nicer than an elevator and boardwalk walks for much longer distances. The whole family loved it and we will be back for sure. God bless

Wow, when you said “directly on the beach,” you were right. This is an awesome spot. We’ve passed Pinnacle Port many times on other trips, but we didn’t know what we were missing. My family has really enjoyed our stay. This one week has flown by! Your condo is awesome! It is very obvious that you have a passion for the beach. Everything is just perfect. Great job! This condo is fantastic! You literally walk onto the beach from your patio. The unit is brand new and updated with many great amenities. I would recommend this unit every day of the week. Great condo! Tastefully decorated and very well appointed. I love the privacy and being so close to the water. You literally step onto the beach from the back door. The view is unbelievable, the bed is comfy,and the kitchen is well equiped! I highly recommend Sandcastle!
