The master bedroom has access to decking with hot tub. The home has a living room with two sofas, a dining area and a kitchen complete with dishes, silverware and cookware. Summer Memories has all new comforters, bedding and new living room furniture. Summer Memories also has movie videos, board games, and children's toys. Our family has not rented a home in the Outer Banks before so we were a bit tentative as to what to expect in a rental home. I am pleased to say that this home met my expectations thoroughly. The home is well equipped for all activities. We visited July 2011 and our group included myself, my husband, our son and his friend and an adult friend of ours. The house accomodated the 5 of us quite well. We were pleased that it had all of the necessary equipment in the kitchen and everything was in working order. The games cupboard was a great surprise. The outside storage room had enough beach chairs and equipment for everyone in our party. There were even tennis rackets that we were able to use at the nearby tennis court. The house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Harris Teeter grocery store so very convenient. The house was spotless when we arrived. My only complaint would be that there should be more pictures on the listing especially the kitchen as there are newer appliances that are not shown in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends. I would also like to thank the owners for sharing their home with us.
