Luxurious upscale villa located on the third floor with an expansive view of open ocean to the southeast, Tybee Lighthouse to the south, and Daufuskie Island to the west. This elegant villa offers an incredible view over the pool and nearby dunes to the wide beach on the southern most tip of Hilton Head Island - see our photos.

Breathtaking sunsets can be viewed from either of 2 private balconies (living room & master bedroom). This villa is an end-unit, which affords additional windows (more morning sunlight) and balcony area. Morning coffee on the main balcony is a perfect way to start each day and a cocktail on the balcony with friends at sunset is a perfect way to end the day. The extra windows in the villa provide additional natural light during the day which makes this an exceptionally warm and inviting spot.
The Villa was fully redecorated in 2008 and has: a new granite kitchen, new stainless GE appliances, redecorated bedrooms / baths with new furniture, and new deep pile carpet throughout. The villa is well-equipped and is very tastefully decorated. The foyer area is ceramic tile. There are 2 large bedrooms (2 queens and 1 king), a fully functional kitchen, and a very comfortable LR/DR area with full ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the LR. The upscale master bedroom (1 king) has its own private balcony. Each bedroom has a TV, VCR/DVD player, and full tiled bath. The living room area is spacious, comfortable for families, and perfect for entertaining.
The Villa is only about an 80 yard walk through the dune area to the beach where the dolphin play right next to the shore. The large pool area is located between the Villa and the dunes. A spacious poolside barbeque / eating area is also available for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors.
Sea Pines offers a wonderful assortment of restaurants that are only a short drive away and a quick stroll across the street is the famous Sea Pines South Beach Marina area with its various shops, bike rentals, tennis center, water sports center, restaurants and nightlife. A visit to the well known South Beach "Salty Dog" Cafe is a must and both children and adults will enjoy the almost constant activity. Don't miss the evening entertainment. Villa parking is plentiful and there are 2 nearby elevators to serve guests.
