View of Front of Cottage - Key West Vacation Cottage This is an adorable cottage located on a quaint and quiet lane in Historic Old Town Key West available for monthly rental. The home has been totally renovated with brazilian hardwood floors and heart of pine line the ceilings. The cottage includes a full kitchen, one full bath and 2 bedrooms with cable television, wireless internet and plenty of closet space. One bedroom with a king size bed and the other with a queen size. There are also two futons, one in the hallway and one in the back room/small sitting area. The sitting room has paneled glass doors leading to the back patio where you will find a covered outdoor bricked patio with dining space (indoor dining table as well) and a PRIVATE POOL that is heated and air conditioned for those really hot days and nights. The pool is surrounded by brand new decking. Rent bikes from any local vendor and your on your way to fun. A bike rack is located in front of the house. I recommend the Bike Shop on Truman. If you have a vehicle you may park in front of the house. You are only 4 blocks from fun on Duval Street filled with many fabulous restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. I recommend Hog's Breath, Schooner Wharf, Sloppy Joe's for cocktails and music, Pepe's on Caroline Street for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and a definite is a a sunset cocktail on the patio at Louis' Backyard! Mallory Square at sunset is always an uplifting experience. Have a pocket full of singles to tip the local performers (We love the "Cat Man") at Mallory Square. Be sure to check out the Bagatelle Restaurant located at 115 Duval Street where you will find a nice, quiet upscale dining experience (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and request a table on the porch so that you can view all the local color. They also have the best Espresso Martini on the island! We want your stay to be fabulous so please feel free to to call with special requests or questions.

Monthly rates:
High Season is OCT 1 - APR 30 ($1700/week)
Mid. Season is MAY ! - JUN 22 ($1600/week)
Low Season is JUN 23 - SEP 30 ($1500/week)
$125 cleaning fee (weekly or monthly)
A deposit of 50% is due at time of reservation.
Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
