Brand new unit - two-bedroom/two- bath plus sleeper sofa
This condo unit is brand new. 2007 will be the first full year in service. The unit has been recently well furnished, and is rental ready for early spring.
Location, Location, Location! Just blocks from Highway 59 directly on the gulf. All the amusement parks, restaurants, and activities of the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area are easily accessed from the complex.
The Lighthouse is located directly on the Gulf in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The Lighthouse features two outdoor pools (one is zero entry), one indoor pool, two hot tubs and a fitness center.
This unit is on the Fifth Floor. There are breathtaking views of the Gulf and beach from both the living area and the master bedroom. This is not your typical beach rental. The unit is beautifully decorated and has 9-foot ceilings and ceramic tile flooring. There is Direct TV and a DVD player. Wireless Internet service available. Bring your laptop!
The comfortable living area features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf, with balcony access for great beach views. This area has a microsuede queen sleeper sofa and other comfortable chairs, as well as Direct TV and VCR/DVD player.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and floor to ceiling windows with sliding door access to balcony overlooking the pools and the Gulf. The master bath has a large walk-in closet, double vanity, granite countertops, large jetted tub and separate shower.
The second Full bedroom allows for another couple (or this 2nd Bedroom makes the condo perfect for larger families). This bedroom also has a private bath accessible 2 ways – directly from the bedroom, or from an alcove - which allows for privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, all major and portable appliances, including mixer, toaster, blender and coffeemaker. Dinnerware, cookware and all utensils are available. There is plenty of cabinet space, as well as a pantry for extra storage.
The dining table seats four, and there is barstool seating for two at the kitchen counter.
There is a large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and plenty of storage for floats, flip-flops, etc. An ironing board, iron and vacuum are also available.
The balcony has a nice table with four chairs. There is plenty of room to enjoy the view of the Gulf, the beautiful pools and the sunrises/sunsets.
The magnificent 5th floor balcony commands a bird's eye view of the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and forever views of the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphins and aquatic bird life abound, so bring your binoculars! Collect seashells for hours on these white beaches.
Families will also love the two large outdoor pools, two large community hot tubs and easy beach access that this complex affords. There is a separate heated indoor pool for the cooler months, and a well-equipped fitness room and sauna. Walk to a beachside bar and restaurant located just steps from the complex.
