Private studio guest house with jacuzzi, french doors, vaulted ceiling, Wi-Fi high speed internet, I Pod friendly stereo and gated secure 2 car parking off street.

After the beach there is an outdoor shower (hot/cold) available for your use. There are also bikes, skateboards and surfboards available for you to use (deposit & extra fee).
Four blocks to Abbot Kinney, 5 blocks to Main Street, 6 blocks to Venice Beach, and 6 blocks to world famous Gold's Gym Venice.

Three week minimum during June, July and August. (one week minimum
all other months) This house will no longer be available after 4/1/08
and there will be a two bedroom house available late '08 (we will have
a website for the new property sometime soon).
