This spacious single-family home is in the only golf resort community in the small town of Bethany Beach, Delaware. Sit out on the back deck and look out over the 12th fairway and enjoy views of a pond. The club house,swimming pool,tennis courts, and exercise room are only a short distance away. If more activities are required, Rehoboth Beach (outlet shopping!) is just a short drive to the north along scenic Ocean Highway. Just to the south is Fenwick Island and Ocean City,Maryland which have almost unlimited shopping, restaurants, activities,boardwalk,etc.
This house is nearly new, as are the beds,furniture,and amenities. It has convenient off-street parking with driveway and garage. The community is built around a golf course which provides a lot of open space and a quiet,resort feel. Room sizes are large and well appointed. The kitchen is completely stocked with any items or appliances you might need. Come and enjoy the spaciousness and privacy that only a single family home can provide!

The house was very clean and well taken care of, the owner is very available and helpful. This was the longest distance to the beach that we have had but the house was a great value so we were pleased overall. The development is nice but the pool does close at 7pm. This house comes with one 20 punch activity card for the pool and tennis courts. Kids can get to the little playground area without using a punch (add'l cards are $80). House has a bag of beach toys and boogie boards but no chairs or umbrellas; outside shower did not work but there are two hoses. Appliances are nice, bedrooms are large enough; we even slept our two little girls in the MBR walk in closet. One BR is on first floor with half bath on first floor. We had a great experience and a fun week!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here July 4th week and had a great experience. This was the fartherest we have every stayed off the beach but wanted to keep costs down this year. With 2 queen beds in 3 of the rooms and a large MBR, we had plenty of beds. I like details about a house ahead of time so I will post some. One BR is on the first floor and there is a half bath on the first floor. Upstairs has one hall bath and the master bath. We put our two little girls in the MBR's walk in closet for sleeping so we still had privacy. There are extra pillows and blankets. There was soap at each sink, coffee filters, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. which was really nice. We made most of our meals at the house. If you have small kids you should bring some small cups or paper cups which we did but there are plenty of kid friendly plates/bowls. There is a big bag of sand toys which we sorted through to throw away all the broken things, plus some boogie boards but no chairs or umbrellas. The outside shower also does not work but there are two outside hoses. The development is nice, only drawback is the pool closes at 7pm and punches are used for the pool as well as tennis courts but one punch for the day so the same person can use both. They also let us switch adults watching the kids at the pool for the same punch one time. The owner provides one 20 punch card with the house, to buy another one is $80. The owner is very available and helpful. We highly recommend this house if you don't mind being off the beach. Check-in time for us was 2pm and when we arrived a little early, the house was very clean and ready. Most rental agencies have a check in time of 4pm so we appreciated getting in earlier.
