We had a fantastic time enjoying a conveniently located, well-maintained facility. The condo included all the amenities we needed for a relaxing, fun-filled time, and the owners were a pleasure to do business with.

I rented this condo for our 2011 ski trip. The location of the unit is wonderful. Parking and the shuttle stop are right by the door so there is no long hike after you park or get off the shuttle. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, dining, and relaxing. This was the first unit we have stayed in that we could all sit down at the table and eat at the same time (including when I have rented a 3 bdrm)! The kids had a great time playing in the snow right beside the building. We used the pool/hot tubs and the laundry facilities. Everything was clean and the clubhouse staff was friendly. John, the owner, is great to work with and provided lots of information about the unit and the area. I would definitely check the availablity on this unit before searching anywhere else for our next trip to WP.

We appreciate hearing this kind of feedback as it suggests we are doing OK. This condo was wonderful! Very spacious, clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything you needed and great for cooking meals. It was so nice to come back after a full day of playing in the snow to the warmth of the fireplace. Not only was the condo wonderful, but the owner was also great to work with! I would highly recommend this Unit and We will return!

The condo was super clean & perfect for our family of 6. Very spacious & fantastic kitchen perfect for preparing family meals. We used the shuttle to the ski resort & it was a stress-free way of getting to the resort with 4 children. All-in-all, super happy with the condo & the amenities. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was just perfect for us. It was quiet, roomy and we enjoyed the porch looking into the trees. We were a little concerned about the train when we got there, but by day two we didn't even hear it anymore. Your kitchen turned out great. We drove from Winter Park to Empire everyday.....what a gorgeous drive. We never got tired of it. Although, it is sad about the trees. I had no idea the damage had been so extensive. Our jeep trips were, fun, scenic and, at times scarey. The best part was that neither me nor my husband could think about work on this vacation. There was just way too much better stuff to take in. The condo was great and very comfortable for our family of five. The kitchen is new and very user friendly. Everything in the condo is very clean and well cared for. The staff at the Lodge is very friendly and happily exchanged towels, washcloths, etc. when needed. Beds were very comfortable! It is a wonderful home away from home. John, the owner, is a wealth of information and he gladly shares it. We found his recommendations and advice to be extremely helpful in planning our vacation. We will definitely be returning again!

Condo is in a great location close to the slopes and town. It is nicely furnished and has a great view - especially beautiful with a fresh snow. Plenty of room as well for our family of four. A nice bonus was the library of DVDs! Would definitely recommend.

The condo was perfect! We liked that it was kinda back in the trees and that it was on the first floor. The shuttle service was convenient and all of the accomodations were outstanding. Thanks for being such great hosts!

VERY nice condo. Convenient to both the town and resort of Winter Park. Beautiful new kitchen, easy internet access. Owner VERY EASY to work with and responsive. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.

We have stayed with the Erwin's before and knew what was in store. The condo is very comfortable with easy access to the slopes for a full day of skiing. We also enjoy meandering down the lighted path to the hot tub. Our son and his family so we had an especially wonderful time watching our 2 1/2 year old exploring the snow and all it has to offer one his age. Everything is available at the condo including sleds to use on the hill along with a trail that follows the railroad tracks to the slopes or downtown. We loved out stay and hope to repeat in the coming years.

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Prices were reasonable, bus schedule was on time and easy to follow. High speed internet worked well for my laptop. Pool & hot tubs were also great. John was great to work with on reservations and other local information. We hope we can stay there again in the future. Leah & "boys"

We have stayed at Beaver Village several times over the past severao years and found yours to be top notch and a good value.
