  We had 17 spend Christmas in this beautiful house with wonderful unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. The balconies are plentiful and so enjoyable and relaxing. The house is open and airy in the main living area on Floor 3 due to all the windows that draw the outside in. The extra kitchen on floor 2 was a huge benefit in preparing Christmas Dinner and the gourmet kitchen on the upper floor was a true delight. The pool table was a favorite of all the guest and real source of entertainment. Especially since we had a family pool tournament which lasted all week. The master suite and bath was right out of a magazine. And the TV's...wow....TV's everywhere even in the master bath. Loved it since I am a total TV holic. We had the pleasure to meet the owner Captain Tony and he was welcoming and gave us great tips on the areas eating establishments. It was a fantastic find would love to revisit again. Thanks!

  We brought our family and extended family for a getaway to YNOT Fishing Lodge in Galveston. They traveled from all over the US to spend family time together...this lodge was the best from all the homes and hotels in Galveston that we have seen....absolutely beautiful!! We spent time grilling on the balcony, playing beach volleyball, spending time in the great room sharing stories and watching football on the big screen. It was the perfect experience and we would recommend this lodge to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. There are stunning views of the ocean right from the balcony...just imagine sipping a cup of coffee in the morning with a full view of the sunrise on the ocean with no obstructions...amazing! The amenities were perfect...the kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, etc. New refrigerator upstairs, nice furniture and decor in the great room (our favorite place to be) as well as a pool table which was occupied throughout our whole stay... what else can I say... it was just perfect :)

  This house is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My family and guests loved this house. The view was PERFECT. The house was clean,organized and everything we needed was there. We highly recommend this house. The owner has good customer service. He is very polite and nice. We will never,never,never forget this days we spent at this place. Thank you so much Captain for making one of our dreams come true.

  Thanks to the owner for sharing his lovely beach house with my family. We had plenty of room to stretch out. It is very clean and well maintained, Its location is perfect, right on the beach. It was more than what we expected. I will definately recommend this property.

  We've rented vacation homes across the US and abroad for decades so when we say this is one of the best ever, it's saying something! Rarely do all the elements come together so perfectly in one place. This house is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean and in such a terrific location that you can watch the sun come up from one side of the wrap-around deck and set from another. You have unobstructed views of the ocean and the Pass and those night views of the Galveston lights are magical. Out front, your beach is clean and rarely visited because the house sits on a dead-end tip. There is a lovely variety of flowering dune vegetation in front of the sandy beach and boulders for the rowdy waves to slap against when the surf's up. Our plans for sight-seeing quickly dissolved into the soothing sounds of the ocean as the evening skies turned with the hues of the sunset. A glass of wine sipped from the rocking chairs on the front deck changed our minds about going anywhere. We were perfectly content to just hang out here. Bird watchers will love the huge variety of birds. We saw ruddy turnstones and throngs of pelicans. The house interior is lovely, clean and crisp, thoughtfully planned for every convenience. It all seems brand new. The master bed was SO comfortable, the walk-in shower had lots of hot water, good pressure from the adjustable shower head, great flat-screen TV wall mounted to watch from bed. The open living area is nicely decorated with large, leather sofas and a great easy chair with ottoman, great TV with hundreds of channels. The kitchen is a cook's dream! New, spacious, plenty of good quality cookware, serve-ware and every imaginable appliance and gadget. There's a nice Weber gas grill just steps outside the door. Be sure to bring a favorite recipe to contribute to the host's growing collection of guest favorites. The neighborhood is lovely, well-kept homes on large lots but none adjacent to this one so privacy is never an issue -- black-out shades in bedrooms for late sleepers. (But who would miss these sunrises?) Believe it or not, I may have saved the best for last! The owners are perfect hosts, available at a moment's notice but never intrusive, so proud of what they have built here and thrilled to be able to share it with you. They are the definition of hospitality. Thank you, Blake and Diane, for making our heavenly get-away possible. We needed that!

  You know how the big blockbuster movie shows the previews and you think that it is going to be the BEST movie ever??? Then it's only after you have paid a small ransom for the movie and popcorn that you realize that you saw the best part of the movie at home. That was not the case with this beach house. We saw the pictures online and figured we would give it a try. There was some hesitation because of past experiences with the pictures posted of luxurious hotel rooms and vacation rentals not living up to the expectations...But, not the case with this beach house. The pictures exactly illustrated what the beach house looked like. The place was cleaned from top to bottom. The furniture, fixtures, and accessories were modern and up to date. The kitchen was stocked with everything from slow cooker to deep fryer. There was so much clean linen that we could not dirty it all during our four days at the beach house. (And yes we did go to the beach and shower daily). The spacious living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and outside decks allowed everyone to relax and not feel crowded. The view of the water from all decks were peaceful and calming. Overall we were very impressed with the beach house and our stay. The professionalism and down to earth demeanor of Captian Tony only added to the great experience we had at this beach house. Because we had such a great time, the group has decided to keep our deposit on the books for next year. If you are looking to relax at a beach house that will surpass your expecations, I would HIGHLY reccomend that you secure this property. (Just don't book the week we are booking next year). You will NOT be disappointed.
