50% of total rental plus $100 security deposit required to reserve space.
Reservations must be paid in full within 30 days of stay.
$75 cleaning fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
$195/night .. AT&T, PGA tour, Concour, Laguna Seca,Rodeo, Holidays.
Cancellation refund - more than 60 days, full deposit minus $50 fee;
60-30 days 50% of deposit; Fewer than 30 days - no refund unless
house can be rented. 4 night minimum stay during AT&T & Concours and other weeks.
