$80 cleaning fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
$100 cleaning fee of parties with 6 people or more...
Cancellation refund - more than 60 days, full deposit minus $50 fee;
60-30 days 50% of deposit; Fewer than 30 days - no refund unless
