ONE Month MINIMUM. Beautiful townhouse located on a private road near the Mission and Botanical Garden. The first floor has hardwood flooring and consists of an entry foyer, a den with new sleep sofa, a half bath, oversized kitchen, dining room and living room and laundry area. Sliding glass doors open to a lovely landscaped patio with furniture, fountain and gas grill. The second floor has an oversized master bedroom suite with a new Cal king size bed and another large bedroom with a new queen size bed, each with their own private bathrooms and roomy closets. There is an abundance of light and air throughout our home. The furnishings are new and charming. A heated swimming pool is a few steps away on the beautifully landscaped grounds.
This is our private home in the winter as we also live in Rhode Island in the summer. Our home comes to you with all our personal amenities and new furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. There is lots of leisure reading and guidebooks, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, picnic cooler, and umbrella. A stereo with FM/CD player provides music, 2 televisions and VCR will entertain. Included in the rent are all utilities, local telephone and twice a month cleaning service.

We are active Santa Barbara residents who enjoy adventurous travel as well as our "dream come true" lifestyle here in Santa Barbara. We love walking in the mountain areas and long walks on the beach. We love shopping at the Farmer's Market and my husband loves his twice a week golf game just a 5 minute drive away.

If you desire a great home away from home this is it. Convenient, quiet and in a confortable setting near the Mission it has everything that makes the time you spend in Santa Barbara a very pleasant experience.

This is an exceptional nice rental. We have rented it during the summers of 2002 and 2003, and found it to be superb. The owners want you to enjoy yourselves and make every effort for you to do so. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Lovely furnishings and very, very comfortable. A definite A+ rental! We would repeat over and over again.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely, well furnished and comfortable town house. It is situated in a nice area, that is most covenient to all the activities of Santa Barbara.
