Cove is about 1 1/2 miles long and great for skiing. Lots of room to spread out your family. Top floor has four bedrooms, two full baths and living room. Bed set up as follows--1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 2 sets of bunkbeds with one having full bottom. Pull out sofa. Mid floor has 1 queen and 1 king. Bottom has 3 twins.
Middle floor has huge livingroom with fireplace, dining room,kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bath. New tile on main floor this. Lower level has recreation room, foosball table, air hockey,fireplace, wet bar, full bath, laundry, and bedroom. 147 feet of fantastic shoreline-natural rock shore. Walk to waters edge! Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend
I had been looking all over the lake and everything was either too far from amenities, or not easy to get to. I found this place and fell in love--it is at Four Season's edge, same cove as their golfcourse. Lot of prestige and history.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The view and so much space. Not only do we have 4,000 square feet to spread out in, we also have those huge decks and huge dock. The dock is 32 ft x 48 ft with cable tv and fridge.
