  My husband and i just returned from NSB we had a great time . The condo was perfect. It was clean well stocked , we wanted for nothing . I was very impressed when i saw receipts on the kitchen counter for a new shower liner and a cleaner bill for a cleaned comforter . If they do this for every stay it is just wonderful . the pool was great the beach awesome ! We go to NSB every year and I believe this was one of our best. I would also like to compliment the office staff , so friendly and helpful. Thanks Ray

  From the momente we opened the door to the beautifully decorated condo we felt at home. The inviting atmosphere helped us relax and get caught up on some reading. Also, the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. We also enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants and shopping. The buildings were very well maintained, and the flowers and grounds were carefully manicured. Being on the ocean it was so much fun to walk the sandy beaches and enjoy the splashing waves. What a wonderful way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! We highly recommend it and plan on returning.

  this was our 3rd year staying at this condo and we had a great time again. The condo is clean and well decorated. Its location is close to everything, We can't say enough good things about the owners, the condo, and the town of new smyrna beach.

  My husband found this listing 2 years ago....we've already signed up for our 3rd summer vacation. It's clean, cute, cheery and we wish we could come down more often. We have been coming to NSB for 16 years and can't even imagine staying anywhere else now that we have found this great deal!!!! No one can drive on "our" beach!!!! I would recommend this condo to anybody knowing they would like it as much as we do! I love the "condo owners" and I've never met them....they are friendly, helpful and wonderful. FYI... you can't go wrong renting this condo. Happy Vacation to all!!!! The Reeds of St. Louis, Mo. p.s. Love to eat and play "Buzztime" at Huligans in Port Orange.

  Very clean and comfortable! I will definantly return. Nice pool area that was never crowded. The condo had everything we needed and more. Everything was very well maintained and up to date! Everything we needed was literally in walking distance. I hope we can return very soon. I highly recomend this condo to everyone. Perfect for kids. Our kids loved it!

  This is a wonderful place to stay. I have returned for the last three years. The condo is very clean and updated. It is very comfortable for a family and the grounds to condo are well maintained. It is located on a no drive beach which is wonderful not to worry about traffic. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone.
