Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo provided everything we needed and more. It was clean and had all the amenities that we wanted. We used the barbeque, hot tub and kitchen facilities. The directions from Golden were specific and easy to follow. As we were there in spring, we enjoyed walking around the ski village and taking our granddaughter to see the bears along the road to Golden. It was suggested that another armchair in the living area would be helpful with 4-6 adults staying there. The town was easy to get araound and provided our needs.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Had an excellent stay in this very comfortable home. Our group of 5 guys had lots of space and found the ski-out and ski-in location to be very convenient. Our only issue was delt with quickly and to our satisfaction which is possible as a supervisor is nearby in Golden. One small point is that the only TV is in the master bedroom and not in the main room. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and relax. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

There was a group of 7 of us that stayed at this beautiful condo.None of us have ever been to Kicking Horse and the whole group can't stop talking about this beautiful Mountain! The snow was amazing,the food was awesome, and the condo was perfect! We can't wait to get back again! The owner of this place was very helpful, took the time to answer all my questions. The listing and pictures were accurately although in my opinion the pictures didn't do justice. When we got into the condo we didn't realize how big it actually was, it is very comfortable and a lot of room. The lay out was perfect! The furniture was gorgeous and the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in. "Just like sleeping on a cloud". The place was well kept, very cleaned. We can't wait to go back. We all had such a wonderful time!

Highly recommended! The place is absolutely gorgeous and has all the amenities you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. My family and I stayed here over the Christmas break and it will be a holiday we will not soon forget. True ski in ski out right from your front door or back patio. Very well kept and included everything that was needed for our stay (high end linens, housecoats, kitchen appliances etc). The hot tub was amazing and the view from the hot tub was even better! If you want to have a holiday that you won't forget, I strongly recommend this property! We are hoping to spend some time back there this summer! Thanks again Barry. Jason Black

We stayed at this beautiful location for the first time during the first week of October. The accomodations are absolutely stunning! Clean and beautiful in every way. The View from any window is breathtaking. Although this was the first time we have ever stayed in Golden BC, it will not be the last. We would recommend this magnificent facility and region to anyone who enjoys clean, 5 Star accomodations, beautiful mountain air and scenery. There are several fine restaurants within 15 minutes of the resort. L&K Calgary

We stayed at the end of July 2010 for one week with 2 adults and 2 children. We used the property as base to catch up with friends and of course to explore the epic surroundings. The property was very spacious and very well appointed with high quality furnishings and facilities. There was more than enough space for our family and visitors. Location of the property is very central within the resort but you will require a car to access non resort amenities (ie. large supermarkets, towns etc). Kicking Horse resort is small but stunning. Cannot comment upon skiing but we used the lifts for sightseeing and they are within 5 minutes walk. I would expect that it comes into it's own even more during the ski season. I found our hosts well organised and welcoming and we throughly enjoted our stay. If we return to Kicking Horse we would definitely stay in this property again.
Owner response:During the ski season, you can put your skis/board on right outside the door and the downhill trail will take you right to the gondola without walking or poles, True ski-in ski-out. At the end of day you can ski to within 50 meters of the townhouse.
