There is a large roof terrace with 180 degree views, and a protected garage.
It is a six-minute walk on level ground to the open market and the lovely heart of this Bohemian retreat for expatriate writers and artists: two art schools, Spanish language schools, English language library, art galleries, cafes, many good restaurants and a choice of nearby swimming pool, hot springs, golf course, and equestrian ranches.
