2 BEDROOM CASITA:
Casita Victoria is a charming two-bedroom/one-bath bungalow perfect for up to four people. On the same property as CASA VICTORIA VILLAS, it is positioned at the front, which affords it a great deal of privacy as the main villa sits well back on the property. It has an open living/dining room plan and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with breakfast bar. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. There is an cosy outdoor sitting area with chairs, a table and umbrella. Our casita is AIR CONDITIONED. It is equipped with all linens and towels, including beach towels. NEW: Security bars have been installed on all windows.
Casita Victoria is nestled in a tropical garden, with a shared lap pool and large pool deck. This magnificent property consists of four rental units on a large lot and is located one and one half blocks from one of the most beautiful and long stretches of white sand beaches on the "Mexican Riviera" It is within easy walking distance to all the amenities in the village.
Maid service is provided Monday, Wednesday, and Friday along with garden and pool maintenance. Personal laundry service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Need something bigger or more space for a large gathering? On this same grand property, CASA VICTORIA VILLAS also offers a 3 bedroom villa on the upper level and a 2 bedroom villa on the lower level, with an attached 1 bedroom Garden Apt. for a total of 8 bedrooms, and approximately 20 guests...perfect for small weddings or other special occasions!
This property has been very well maintained and is a fabulous place to spend your winter vacation. The property is conveniently located on a quiet residential street in the coveted Zona Dorada (Gold Zone), 1.5 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks from the town square. It is close to a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping that are all within an easy walk from the property.
Bucerias is typical of a true Mexican fishing village with cobblestone streets. It is a very safe village and we feel comfortable walking to town any time of the day or evening. It is located just 12 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport and there are plenty of buses to take you for a visit to Puerto Vallarta or to the north and the other small towns and beaches along the coast.
With a population of upwards of 10,000 people, Bucerias is a very friendly place with excellent restaurants and stores for shopping. In January there is a colorful Mexican fiesta celebration offering guests a taste of local culture and pageantry. On Sundays, both townspeople and tourists can be found at the local 'mercado' or market which literally sells everything from fresh vegetables to back packs.
For nine years the owners of Casa Victoria Villas have greeted guests to Bucerias and we would be delighted to welcome you again and answer any questions new guests may have. We are often at the property or in the area, especially during high season, but if we aren't available our property manager, Baldo, is just a phone call away.

We stayed here in Jan & Feb.2010 and the casita and owners were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was equipped with the basics. The staff was amazing! It's a good walk(8 blocks) to the downtown area but not a big deal. We felt at home in this unit.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
