Seaside Towers is a little bit of "Old Hawaii" with the ambiance of yesteryear. Large (640 square feet) convertible one bedroom (sleeping area is isolated by a light curtain). Cooled by the natural Trade-winds... By design when built. Trade-winds come through the building, the vents in the condo door and out through the large wide open windows and side windows. (No air conditioning in this building.) Ceiling fans too.
Pool, BBQ, reserved parking. Secure. Many permanent residents in this building.
Steps to Royal Hawaiian Hotel beach, International marketplace, Ala Wai Canal promenade, Duty Free shopping area. A mix of local residents, mainland visitors and Japanese visitors living here. Very friendly building.
Wait until you see the lush greenery carpet in the common hallways!

I love Waikiki. Seaside Towers is in the center of Waikiki next to the Ala Wai Blvd. walking path and a short 2 block walk to the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and Duty Free Shops.
