This newly decorated, single-story home with its high ceilings and four skylights overlooks the first fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course in the Palmetto Dunes Resort.

Only a five-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Hilton Head Island, this bright and airy home comfortably sleeps eight to ten with its four spacious bedrooms and two sofa beds. Each bedroom has its own skylighted bath and cable TV. The living room has a new flat screen television.

The cheerfully decorated kitchen, breakfast area, family room, and large sunny living room feature breathtaking views of the golf course.

The professionally landscaped grounds are the perfect setting for the sunny new pool and terrace complete with a screened outdoor shower.

Palmetto Dunes offers uncrowded pristine beaches as far as the eye can see, moss-draped oaks and scenic wetlands. Within the plantation itself are five nationally-recognized golf courses and according to Tennis Magazine, one of the "50 Greatest US Tennis Resorts."

Fishing and boating are popular sports on Hilton Head Island. Charter and rental boats are available from several area marinas and include boats for fly-fishing, deep-sea fishing as well as guided crabbing, shrimping, and dolphin-watching tours. Sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, and windsurfing are also very popular.

Hilton Head abounds with over 200 restaurants offering cuisine to please a wide variety of tastes. The area is also famous for its shopping opportunities from waterfront boutiques and plazas to several large discount outlet malls featuring designer clothing and accessories, and located a short distance off the island.
