We were down with a large group of friends and families at the Watercrest. I must say that our condo was the best compared to the others. This was our second year in this unit. Just like last year, it was well-maintained, well-furnished, views that have to be seen for yourself, and all at a wonderful price. Every day we enjoyed the beach, hot tube, pool, etc. My only and most deeply heartfelt regret is that we had to leave after our ten days were up. I did, however, manage to keep a stiff upper lip...all the way back up through Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky...until I saw that Ohio border. Yes, cold weather - a local favorite here in Ohio - is back again. My family and I want to thank you for working so hard to provide such a nice place. You do an outstanding job. We are already planning to come back again next year – 12 long months from now. Unless of course...I tell my family - again - about how the winter snow and ice up here causes my poor bones to ache so terribly much...ouchhhh...and those nasty cloudy skies make my eyes so sore...owwee... No, I must think about the hot tub...beach…sunny thoughts. Yes, that's it…hmmmm…no… nope, not really working so well. Oh why, oh why can't I just win the lotto? Well, until next year, thank you again.

I have just returned home from my stay at this condo, everything was very clean and perfect at this condo. The condo sits directly on the beach, facing the ocean. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean, that was very relaxing. We will stay here again. The owner responded to all of my emails quickly. You will not go wrong booking here. We cant wait till next year. Thanks again

This was by far one of the best vacations ever. The condo is spectacular. Very roomy and definately more than I expected. The pictures did not do it justice. So much nicer. It was so nice to have plenty of extras such as towels, pillows, chairs, and beach toys. You have made our stay so comfortable The condo was so very clean. I will definately book here again for next year. This was one of the easiest rentals I ever made and all my questions and concerns werer answered very timely and accurate. Thanks so much for everything!!!!

My family and I just returned from a week at this condo. We have stayed at other condos before BUT this one BY FAR exceeds the others. It is spacious, extremely clean, has a very short walk to the beach, is very,very reasonably priced for a 3BR/3BA and it is in the perfect location. It is located close to shops, restaurants, water parks etc. All of our destinations were no more than 15 minutes away. This condo is also stocked with anything you might need....dishes (lots of them), pots & pans, coffee maker, lots of towels and wash cloths, floats, beach chairs, buckets, shovels and a patio with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the beautiful view! My high school age kids and their friends LOVED every minute of the trip! I would recommend this condominium to ANYONE!!! Thank you for helping to make this vacation one to remember!!!!

My family stayed at this condo for one week in June and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! The pictures do not do the condo justice. Everything we needed was there, from appliances to toys for the beach. The rooms were so beautiful! The balcony was large and all we wanted to do was sit and look at the view! SPECTACULAR! The pool area was great for the kids and the beach was so easily accessed! We were only minutes away from shops, restaurants and attractions. We had an AMAZING vacation! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful rental!

My family and I stayed here and it was perfect from the moment we walked in and looked off of the balcony out onto the Gulf of Mexico. We recommend this property to anyone who would love to enjoy one of the most gorgeous beaches in Florida.
