The unit has a master suite with a double bed and full bath, another large queen bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds. A queen pullout couch provides additional sleeping space in the the living room. The second and third bedroom share another full bath. Pillows, comforters and blankets provided. Please bring your own bath towels, beach towels and twin or queen-size sheets.
A half bath is on the first floor level. A screened in porch with table and chairs for dining or playing cards in the cool evenings is an added feature.
This town home is located two miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk a short drive or bike ride away. The unit is located on a low traffic road convenient to downtown Bethany and route 26 and beaches.
It's only a short walk to the large well maintained community pool and tennis courts.
This house is located within minutes of Ocean City, MD; Rehoboth, DE and Dewey, DE Beaches. It is also located very close to Indian River Inlet and Fenwick Island State parks. Each park offers beautiful beaches and plenty of parking for a very reasonable entrance fee.
