We have been visiting Florida for the past ten years and stayed in different villas in the Kissimee area and this rates as one of the best. The villa is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms,lounge and dining areas. The outdoor pool area is south facing giving all day and into the evening sunshine with fantastic views over the lake and the opportunity to watch the wildlife. We saw an otter, cranes,turtles and numerous birds. The owners were very helpful and the booking process extremely easy,all questions answered and nothing too much trouble. There are many restaurants and supermarkets just a five minute drive away,whilst some of the theme parks only15mins away. We would certainly look at using this villa again if possible and recommend it to anyone. Thank you to V and C for having us,we felt very "at home".

We've been renting this home for the last 5 years for about 2 months at a time so needless to say how pleased we are with everything. Our 2 sons come down to visit every year with their famlly and they always look forward to coming back. Since we like to live outside, we greatly appreciate the south facing pool, the big lanai and the magnificent view of the lake. Sunset Lakes is a secure community and an excellent location to easily access the Disney Parks, the malls, the restaurants and the golf courses. Communications with the owners and the management company are easy, friendly and responses to requests are quick to come. We'll be there again next winter!!! Everyone enjoyed themselves and the kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. We wouldn't hesitate to contact you again when we return to Florida in the future.

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely house with us. It made our stay in the Orlando area very memorable. Our family of six included two children of six and three and they absolutely loved the pool. Everything in the house was of a very high standard, the beds were so comfortable after a long day at the parks and the house was equiped with a huge array of kitchen/ dining equipment and everything else one could possibly need. We would highly recommend this house and on our return to Orlando would not want to stay anywhere else. The location is excellent, so close to the theme parks that it is possible to come home in the afternoon, have some pool time and return in the evening which is a major factor when travelling with young children. Don`t bother trawling through hundreds of houses, this one will not disappoint.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. The facilities were excellent, modern, clean and spacious, and the pool welcoming after a long day out. In fact everything you could wish for was there (when we were returning to the villa our son would say "are we going back to the palace now?"). Great Family Home

This is a great family home. It has everything you'll need and more, there was plenty of room for our two familys (4 adults, 6 kids). The location is excellent and easily accessable to the theme parks,shopping and resturants. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games room. Make sure you book enough time to take a day or two off to relax and enjoy they house and pool. Thanks to Debbie for having the birthday cake and decorations for our arrival -- they were great! The owners were very prompt at returning our emails and very helpful with all our questions. We visited Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal's Islands of Adventure and did the Medival Times supper (excellent fun). They were all fun but alot to do in one week. Next time we will book more time and take a day off in between to rest up. Thanks for everything, it was a wonderful vaction, Lesley, Steve, Gail, Stew and kids.

…WOW!…what a lovely home… we had a wonderful time and were able to invite Kev’s brother, wife and two children over for a BBQ (they were green with envy!!…Excellent.. so you may have some more Howards staying another time!) There was everything that we needed… and more! It was great to have a cooler box (that’s a first) and the toys kept the little one happy too. The 7 yr old was surprisingly good at pool and so we were able to relax and enjoy the stunning views. I fell in love with the place.. We were in heaven! ( I have to say that yourMaster suite is bigger than our downstairs area at home!!!!….I need to move!Kev loved the lake and was very keen to catch some wily Carp .. but no luck. Ha! Ha!Your management company were GREAT! Really friendly.. and it was a bonus to actually see them on site.. doing the pool etc. Nothing seemed too much problem for them… a fab team! In addition, the house looked just amazing. We have stayed in quite a few but their unique touches really cast a wonderful spell!! THANKS!So, again, thanks for making this a wonderful holiday.You haven’t seen the last of us!Jo, Kev,Emily & Cody.

We are deeply grateful to you for sharing your lovely Florida home with us. How nice to have all that space! It was very comfortable and we all slept well - so much nicer than staying at a hotel. Yes, everything was wonderful!! Your house is beautiful. The kids loved the pool and we loved the master bedroom and bathroom:-) So close to Disney, it was perfect. Thank you so much for all you did to make our stay so good. Next time we'll have to stay even longer:-)

We had a wonderful time on our golf trip. Mother Nature and the weather cooperated and other than about 30 minutes of showers one morning, we enjoyed the warmth and sunshine. I want to thank you for letting us use your home during our stay. This group of mine have been taking a golf trip for nearly 20 years now and all of us agree that your home has been the nicest of any we have stayed in. The location in Sunset Lakes development is great, being close to shopping, restaurants and of course the golf courses (including the Disney courses which we played as well). I had the pleasure of staying in the 2nd floor master bedroom which has the balcony. It was a beautiful sight from the balcony, sitting outside watching the sunset and the reflections of the lake at night as well as getting up early and watching the hot air balloons in the sky for the sun rise in the mornings. There is a good chance we will be returning to Orlando again next January for our annual golf outing so once we have firmed up travel dates I will surely contact you again and hope we can arrange to stay in your lovely house again.

The house was wonderful for our needs. Everything was as we expected from the description. The house could probably use some updating and deep cleaning, but nothing that was a big concern. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that was close to the Walt Disney parks. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby, but the house feels very removed from the busy areas. All of the shopping is also great. I loved shopping at IKEA. The pool was also wonderful. The small kiddie pool that was attached was great for us since we had several kids ages five and under. Everything was simple to do and the house was a great place to stay. I would recommend this house to anyone needing a nice place to stay who wants the extras of having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and their own private pool. There is a lot of room so it is easy for several families to share. Especially the way the house is set-up. The master bedroom has it's own full bath, at the other side of the upstairs is two more bedrooms (queen and two twins) with a full bath between them, and downstairs is two more rooms (king and two twins) with another full bath between them. Plenty of space for lots of people. Our trip was great! The weather was wonderful, the house was great, as was the shopping and disney parks. For anyone going to disney I strongly recommend the pirates and princess party. It was by far the best time we have had at Magic Kingdom. The tickets cost less and they started letting people in as early as 4pm. The crowds are so much less that we didn't have waits for most of the rides. The parade and fireworks are amazing. We even got to see Jasmine and Tinker Bell! We also thought the treasure hunt was fun although I wouldn't waste too much time doing it. For those who are looking for a deal on tickets, two families we know when to the timeshare deals that are advertised everywhere and they both thought it was worth it. They said it was not high pressure and that they also were fed a free meal. It saved them a lot on tickets for disney. We didn't do it this time because of time restraints, but we are considering for next time since talking to our friends about their experiences. I would stay at this house again when we vacation in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It really had everything we needed and more.

We looked at many, many vacation villas onlne in the Orlando area on Ebay and elsewhere for our family group of 10. The location of this villa was a very short drive to the parks and shopping. The kids (age 6 to 84) all loved the pool and game room. The villa is very clean, well equipped plus the owner and property mgt company were extremely helpful. This is the place to stay. You will not be disappointed!
