"Elegance At The Beach" is a brand new home on Harbor Island a private gated community.
"Elegance" has both Marsh and Ocean views that are particularly beautiful from the master suite. There are four bedrooms each with it's own full bathroom and private openings onto the balconies that line the house.
"Elegance" is set apart with no direct neighbors on either side so privacy is all yours. The beach access is literally at the end of Scallop Court so you can have sand between your toes within minutes of leaving the front door.
Especially peaceful is the marsh view where there are varieties of birds visible at most times of the day. With the open floor plan the big screen TV is visible from the entire downstairs. Two butter soft leather couches provide additional sleeping area.
Sheets and towels are provided as well as beach chairs but bring your own beach towels.
Amazing sunsets are free nightly off the back decks overlooking the marsh.
There is an outdoor shower to knock the days sand off.
