Grandview. The name says it all. Our new 1495 square foot Condo features unbelievable views to the East and West. You can lay in the master bedroom and watch the sunrise or relax on the balcony and watch the spectacular views of the sun setting.
Our spacious 4th floor condo has three bedrooms. Two with king sized beds and the third with a trundle bed (two twins) in it. There is also a sofa sleeper that will sleep two on it in the living area. All the bedrooms have cable TV along with DVD/VHS players in them. The large master bathroom has a jetted tub along with a separate walk-in shower. We have the kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare your meals there if you choose not to go out to one of the excellent restaurants near by.
Grandview is a low density building with only 45 units in it. This means no long waits for the elevators and fewer people at the pool and beach out front. We are conveniently located to shopping, golfing, fishing, and many good places to eat. (Many within walking distance) Building amenities include gulf front pool, fitness center, some covered parking, and 24 hour security for your safety.
