View from the cottage... - Drummond Island Travel Relax and enjoy yourself while staying at this island waterfront cottage nestled in a quiet setting on Sturgeon Bay. The cottage is on Fairbanks Point which is considered by many locals to be one of the most desirable locations on the island. Fairbanks Point is a peninsula located on the Northwest side of Drummond Island where numerous surrounding islands provide sheltered waters for excellent boating and fishing. The home's interior has an "up north" feel which includes at stone fireplace and T & G pine paneling. Whether going for a walk down the quiet road, taking a canoe ride on Sturgeon Bay or kicking back and watching the deer as they walk through the yard, you'll find this a nature lover's paradise. First floor: living room with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and master bedroom with a queen size bed, second bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, and bunkhouse(detached) has two sets of bunk beds and a futon. Sleeping bags needed for bunkhouse.
