This non-smoking Gulf-Front condo is on the 7th floor in the west tower, one bedroom, bunk and a queen sleeper sofa with 2 full bathrooms. This is a newer complex with all modern amenities, You will find this particular unit very comfortable for both families or couples.
Wide screen TV in Living-room & bedroom. We offer a Queen size bed & Tray ceiling in the Master bedroom, with a private bath, Bunk beds with pillowtop mattresses & a Queen sleeper sofa. This unit has all the comforts of Home: Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Built-in microwave, Guest pools (Winter heated), Patio furniture for your morning coffee etc., Full size washer/dryer, hair dryers and a fully outfitted kitchen.
The Calypso is adjacent to Pier Park (concerts in the Park - May > August)& the County fishing pier. Frank Brown Sports Plex is about a mile away. This cozy condo is very well decorated, a must stay!! This is a non-smoking unit. (limited to ground floor designated areas)

the time in your condo was nice. it was just as the pictures nicely decorated. the only problem we had was the phone did not work and i guess that it why the internet didnt work. the cleaning crew could do a better job of not leaving hair in the towels or around the bathroom. could use a newer tv in the living room. the main bed was very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. we enjoyed our stay at your condo and would recomend to anyone.
Owner response:We appreciate and response to all reviews and concerns. The condo has been cleaned and reviewed. The TV in the living room is (and was) a flat panel LCD 1080p with cable. We did not receive any calls regarding the phone or internet not working. It was easily resolved by hitting the reset button on the router. I live minutes from the Calypso and would have addressed any concerns, given the opportunity.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
