You will truly have a one-of-a-kind vacation if you spend it in our newly renovated condo. It is in Venice in the Westchester Gardens community at the prestigious Plantation Golf and Country Club overlooking the ninth hole of the Bobcat course. Our second floor condominium features beautiful lake, golf course and clubhouse views. The building has elevator access and is handicapped accessible.
Venice is a charming coastal town with lots to do. Enjoy shopping, antiquing and the many restaurants it has to offer. It is located just minutes from Sarasota where you can enjoy the Ringling attractions as well as Siesta Key Beach (named one of the top-ten beaches in the country by The Travel Channel).
It features two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet in the newly painted master bedroom suite. The bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, self-cleaning electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The laundry room has a new stackable washer/dryer and the rental includes all linens.
Relax and enjoy cocktails on the lanai overlooking the lake while watching our resident Osprey feed her young. We even provide a bird field guide and binoculars.
You will enjoy the pleasures of a social membership to the Plantation Golf and Country Club. The Plantation offers a friendly yet refined atmosphere of comfortable elegance and first-class amenities.
You will have the benefit of unlimited use of the clubhouse, fine dining in the Bermuda Grill and casual dining and cocktails in the Bermuda Lounge. You will also have access to the state-of-the art Fitness Center and use of the junior-Olympic size heated swimming pool. Play golf two times per month on the Bobcat and Panther championship golf courses (greens fees and cart fees apply). Shop at the fully stocked tennis and golf pro shops and play tennis on thirteen Har-Tru tennis courts, by paying a daily court fee.
