Just steps away from the beach and waters and a stroll out to the Rod 'n Reel Pier, Anna Maria's historic pier and BEST seafood restaurant! You will venture back into "Old Florida" time with your visit here! Bike riding is a norm, quiet residential streets, the sound of birds and seagulls, and just a relaxing, laid back time! The house is updated in bright, Florida colors, has beadboard and designer touches throughout! There are NEW comfortable mattresses and linens throughout, a comfortable sleeper sofa, if necessary, and a fully equipped kitchen. Terazzo floors are recently polished and shine throughout! This is a unique, comfortable port in the storm! During the summertime, there is use of the beautiful adjacent pool off the backyard!
