Renew yourself. A very quiet place to relax or use as an artist's retreat. Nature abounds on 4100 M2 of fully developed palm, fruit and nut trees. The house is an open West Indian style house with a large pavilion located on the Island of Saint Eustatius in the Netherlands Antilles. The house is situated on the highest point on the island. There are tradewinds gently blowing throughout the house, no humidity and the temperature remains between 70-82 degrees.

Being located on an extinct volcano, the crater and rainforest inside it are in your back yard. Iguanas, lizards and nature abound. There is a 180 degree view of the unspoiled 6 square mile island, the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. There are sunset views from the house and you can see the islands of Saint Martin, St. Bart’s, Saba and St. Kitts. In addition you will have total privacy, peace and quiet and no tourism. The island is only 6 square miles, therefore everything is withing reasonable reach. A piano is included for those with an interest.

  • Local agent very friendly and helpful, will meet you at the airport and give you the lay of the land. Property has beautiful views of Oranjestad and neighboring islands offshore. A lot of "wildlife" since this is a tropical area, so it feels like a cross between camping and a villa. Despite what the owner's ad said, the TV receives several cable channels from the East Coast. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Rosamond!!!

  • This is one of the most wonderful places for a real get-away to restore the soul and senses. A truly extraordinary one-of-a-kind house on a very special island. Quiet, cool with lovely people, places to walk with many other quiet pleasures.
