Centrally located to the best of Northern California, you will never run out of things to do. Just one hour to San Francisco, Sacramento, Great America Theme Park (Santa Clara) and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (Vallejo). One hour and thirty minutes to Santa Cruz, two hours to Carmel/Monterey. Less than three hours to Yosemite, Tahoe and Reno.

This home is just a short drive from wine country, gold country, local wineries, Indian Casinos, boating in delta, boating in reservoirs. For sports fans the Oakland Raiders, Oakland A's, San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers are all an hour or less away.
