Our cozy 2,400 square foot "Make A Memory" home has a large beautiful stone fireplace with the original mantel from a former Governor's mansion in South Carolina. Our home has lots of quiet areas for reading or spending time with your friends and family. This home features an expansive front porch with a breathtaking view of Lake Summit!
Meandor down to the boathouse for entertaining on the lake while enjoying the scenic burst of color reflecting on the water's edge. Continue your relaxation in front of our wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a fabulous massage therapist, available for house calls.
For a change of pace, the quaint town of Saluda is close by with great shopping and restaurants. The famous Green River BBQ is a must after you've floated down the river! Flat Rock Playhouse, Carl Sandburg's home, and Hendersonville Main Street are also nearby. Drive a short 45 minutes to one of the largest homes in the United States. The Biltmore House is a must for history buffs.

Pearson's Falls: A beautiful cascading falls owned by the Tryon Garden Club A nice half mile walk to the falls. 10AM-5PM. Closed Monday.
Bradley Falls: A mile and a half walk to the falls about three miles from Saluda.
Green River Cove: Green River Cove Rd, Saluda,Tubing on the Green River is the best fun you can have for $5/person. Whether seven or seventy, all of our guests who have gone tubing on the Green River have enjoyed it thoroughly and thanked us for recommending it.. Green River Cove is an easy 10 minute drive from the lake. Put on sun screen.
Chimney Rock Park: One to four hour walks. Ticket Plaza open 8:30AM-4:30PM
Saluda has become a haven for Triathletes, Bikers and extreme sports enthusiasts. The folks down at Keith's Triathlon Shop in downtown Saluda can give you all the details. Makes us tired just thinking about it!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$250/night-$1,400/week(7 nights). (3 night minimum for nightly rentals).
$100 deposit for nightly rentals, $500 deposit for weekly rentals.
$100 cleaning fee.
$50-$150 non-refundable pet fee based on length of stay.
