We are pleased to welcome you to our charming waterfront home in beautiful Key Allegro (a community located in Rockport, TX). Our rates are 25-30% less than renting through the local rental agencies. Please make sure to check the calendar before sending inquiries.
Our home is located on a quiet canal and offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The interior and exterior have been completely re-painted (during summer 2007 and Spring 2008)! As mentioned above, we just added on the downstairs addition as well.
WE ONLY ALLOW AS MANY PEOPLE AS THERE ARE BEDS (11 adults and one baby).
Description of bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: [Sleeps 2] Master bedroom has king sized bed, ceiling fan, TV with cable/DVD player, two closets and a private updated bathroom. This bedroom was recently painted and updated with beautiful new linens. The bathroom has also been remodeled (new paint, shower and countertops). The window in the room looks out onto the canal.
Bedroom 2: [Sleeps 2] Bedroom with king sized bed, ceiling fan, TV with cable and VCR/DVD and a large closet. Shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. The bathroom was recently remodeled. The bedroom was recently painted and updated with new linens! The bedroom also offers a private balcony overlooking the canal.
Bedroom 3: [Sleeps 2] Bedroom with NEW king sized bed, ceiling fan, many books to borrow and a large closet. Shares a bathroom (recently remodeled) with Bedroom 2. This bedroom was recently painted and updated with new linens!
Bedroom 4: [Sleeps 3] Located downstairs with new queen bed and one new twin bed and private bathroom. This bedroom was recently painted and updated with new carpet and linens! The room also has a TV (with cable) and DVD player. This room has a window that looks out onto the canal.
Bedroom 5: BRAND NEW room! [Sleeps 2] Located downstairs with a new king bed, ceiling fan, TV with cable and closet. NEW, full bathroom is across the hall. This room has a window that looks out onto the canal.
BABY CRIB- We also have a full size baby crib in one of the bedrooms upstairs.
All linens are provided, including beach towels.
The upstairs living area offers an open plan with a large living room and connecting dining area (main dining table seats 8, but we have another small table that seats 4). The living room has a large TV/DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need (including a new stove)! Also, if you are bringing kids along, we have a closet full of games and toys for them to borrow!
Also upstairs, the house has a covered balcony on the back of the house overlooking the water with 4 chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee! The balcony also offers an additional seating area with 4 chairs.
The NEW downstairs living room has a sitting area with a TV (with cable) and a view of the canal.
The house offers a full washer and dryer (downstairs).
The deck has plenty of space to be in the Texas sunshine or for reading a good book in the shade. So sit back and relax in one of the chaise lounges, the hammock or swing! This is also a great place to BBQ- as we offer a BBQ grill to use.
For boat lovers, the deck has enough space to dock a boat. If you love to fish, there is a fish cleaning stand built onto the deck for your convenience. Plus, there is an extra freezer downstairs to store your big catch!
Bring along your floats and rafts to swim in the canal! There is a ladder for getting in and out of the water easily. If you prefer a swimming pool, Key Allegro offers a community pool close to the Marina. Please note the pool requires an access key which we will provide to you.
The house has 1 covered parking space and plenty of room for other cars/ boats in the driveway.
Key Allegro also offers a great waterfront restaurant at the local Marina (5 minutes away) and many streets for strolling, jogging or bike riding. You can also walk to the "shell beach" in about 5 minutes from our house as well!
The bay, water-skiing and jet skiing areas and the public beach are all easily accessible by boat (and by car) from our house.
Located just minutes from the local shopping and great restaurants, this house will be the perfect place for your family to vacation!

Renters must be over 25 years old.
MAXIMUM GUESTS= 11 adults and 1 baby.
No pets allowed

Deposit or payment in full required upon booking (see below)

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
All renters will be asked to give a damage deposit upon booking.
In addition:
Booking 60 or more days out: 30% of the total amount is required upon booking*
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking 59 days out: Full payment due upon booking*
We accept checks and credit cards for payments.
* We prefer American Express(no charge), but if paying by MC or Visa credit card, a small fee of $20 will be charged.
Cancel 31 or more days out: 30% cancellation fee
Cancel 15 to 30 days out: 50% cancellation fee
Cancel 1 to 14 days out: 100% cancellation fee |
