Welcome to our Duck Vacation beach house. Our 4 bedroom/2 bath beach house sleeps 6-8, including a private spa. We are located in the community of Colony By the Sea which is within walking distance of the village of Duck and a short (less than 10 minute) walk though the dunes to the beach. Colony By the Sea offers amenities including a pool, tennis, basketball, etc.
Here you'll find a well maintained, well equipped comfortable property that is ready for your beach vacation. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the first floor. The great room, kitchen and dining room are located on the 2nd floor. The spa is located on a private deck on the ground floor along with an outdoor shower and laundry room.
