We traveled as two couples on a weekend away from home. We loved the area and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and spacious and just as described. We were very close to many different activities, restaurants and shopping. We had plenty of area attractions to choose from and enjoyed every minute! The pricing for the time of year we stayed was extremely reasonable! We enjoyed the pool and spa even though it is a short drive from the condo. Kenny the owned was very easy to deal with and always responded quickly to messages. My husband and I are already planning another trip with our children and will try to stay here again if we can.

This was a great condo for our family getaway! The location is perfect and the condo is beautiful and clean. Everything was well maintained and better than we expected. Ken was very helpful, accessible, and provided "insider" information about the area. He was a real pleasure to rent from. We love the White Mountains and enjoyed hiking, going up the Loon Mountain Gondola Skyride, and the various swimming spots in the river. Thank you Ken for a wonderful family vacation.

The condo is clean and well equipped (especially the kitchen) and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The location is just a short walk into North Woodstock and ideally situated for sightseeing and other outdoor activities. My family really enjoyed kayaking down the Pemigiwasset River with a guided tour booked in nearby Lincoln. Cascade Park was also a big hit with the kids. We live in the UK and the owner Kenny was very helpful and easy to deal with. I will definitely be recommending this rental to any friends who are looking to visit the White Mountains area.

This condo is well equipped and very clean. The location is great and convenient to everything. Cascade Park (which is located just a short walk away) was my boys, ages 10 and 13, favorite activity this past weekend. They tubed down the river which has natural slides and some rapids-we did not leave there until after 7 PM! The owner was quite accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

We've stayed in this condo twice for long weekend family getaways to do some hiking in the White Mountains and enjoy the other attractions in the area. The owner has always been helpful and accommodating. The condo is in great shape with plenty of room for our family of 4. Nice quiet complex. Great fireplace for cool nights! The location is super convenient with all the essentials within walking distance -- NH Liquor Store, groceries and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant is the Woodstock Station with its micro-brewery, outdoor dining, unique menu and the best breakfast around. The kids always look forward to Clarks Trading Post right up the road with their famous black bear show! The health club facilities at Loon Mountain are only 4 1/2 miles away with a great indoor & outdoor pool and hot tubs. If you want pizza, Elvio's in Lincoln is the best!

My family spent four nights in this property during our vacation at NH in Aug. The owner is very nice and responsive. The location is perfect (convenient to a lots of attractions). We certainly would recommend it to our friends.

My family of 5 had the pleasure of renting this condo for a week in the end of July. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We felt so at home here. The location was perfect for walks to the downtown of North Woodstock , Cascade Park, or just around the complex was perfect for bike riding. I have never rented such a clean and neat vacation home, and we have been coming to the area for 7 years. The washer and dryer were a blessing. There were great games and puzzles for the kids and a great selection of movies. The Mountain Club on Loon was beautiful for swimming and relaxing. We will be renting again. Kenny the owner was so helpful and available to us.

Ken's Condo in N.Woodstock, NH, is a very comfortable and pleasant place. We right away felt at home there. For 3 out of the of 10 days we stayed there, we were 5 people, and the place was as comfortable as during the period we were only 2. It is also very conveniently located; close to hiking, shoping and restaurants in a charming New Englnd Town.

We are a family of 6, my parents, my husband, two boys, age 5 and 3 and myself. We stayed at this unit from 24th to 27th of June 2009. The unit was spotlessly clean and fresh. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and accessories we need. There are plenty of towels and linens. The unit was very nicely decorated and it felt like home away from home. The club house is about 3 miles away from the resort; it offers both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, and racquetball court. Our boys had a great time in the indoor swimming pool which has the right temperature, right size, and right depth for the boys and also family to enjoy. Our favorite local restaurant and also a night bar, the North Woodstock Inn, is within walking distance. We can conveniently get our daily grocery and treats for the boys from the Wayne's Market that is just around the corner. We visited Santa Village during this stay in NH, it’s about 35 minutes driving from the place to Santa Village, it’s all scenic drive, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of NH country side. Ken the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He printed the direction to the place for us, and also things to do around. Ken could not have been more helpful. We highly recommend this place, and we will certainly be back. Many, many thanks again Ken!

This was a great getaway for my family. We could enjoy the many activities in the area and then come back to the same home comforts. Everything we needed was right there. We were able to cook our own meals or enjoy nice restaurants in the area. Very clean and will absolutely book this condo again!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. This townhouse was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. It is walking distance to the town of North Woodstock and very convienent to many local attractions. There is also an indoor pool and a playground. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental to others.

This Condo is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and Ice Cream! Near by attractions include Clark's Trading Post, The Flume, Echo Lake, a water park, shopping, the Hobo Railroad and the Kancamagus Highway. The description and amenities for this Condo were as promised and we enjoyed cooking outside on the grills provided. This Condo was a great starting point for all the long motorcycle rides we took through the scenic mountains."

We found the condo to be right in the middle of where we wanted to be (Clarks Trading Post) and even found some interesting things to do that weren't on our list. The condo was CLEAN, and comfortable, no stale smells! Our kids had room to spread out w/fans, extra blankets, board games, pool, and although we intended to use the very convenient kitchen, we were too tempted by so many of the nice restaurants in the area. We ABSOLUTELY would stay HERE again. I've already recommended it to others. Our experience with the owners was a pleasure too! Rates a 4+!
