DESCRIPTION
Mer Sea is a true ocean-front three bedroom/three bath luxury penthouse villa at fabulous High Pointe Resort, perfectly located right next to all the dining, shopping, and activities in Rosemary Beach. No expense has been spared in creating the area's premier luxury condominium. Occupying the entire west end of the top (fourth) floor of the gulf front building, the views are totally private from every room, offering sweeping ocean panoramas and year-round sunsets over the gulf. Sophisticated and chic, Mer Sea is at the same time casual, very children-friendly, and certain to delight everyone in your party.
With nearly 2000 square feet of interior living area and a spacious, 750 square foot wrap-around terrace encircling the villa, there is ample room for up to a maximum of 8-12 guests. There are two ocean view master suites, each with king bed, 32' LCD TV, and direct terrace access. Each also has an ensuite all-travertine full bath with oversize showers, 8' twin vanities with granite countertops, separate water closets, dressing areas, and either a Synchrony garden tub or exercise area with fitness bike. The third bedroom has two full-size beds and two twins (bunks) for a total of 4 beds in this room, as well as an ensuite full bath, which is conveniently also hallway accessible. There is a comfortable queen sofabed in a semi-private living area alcove, yielding total sleeping accommodations for up to twelve.
Because of its spaciousness, intelligent floorplan, and quiet top floor location, Mer Sea truly has more the feel of a 'home in the sky' than an ordinary condominium. The airy ambiance of a European coastal villa is enhanced by carefree design elements such as travertine and Italian tile flooring throughout, all with stunning blue ocean vistas as the perfect backdrop.
AMENITIES
A long list of amenities includes a fantastic contemporary kitchen with 10' curved bar, 6 LCD TVs (in each of the 3 bedrooms, both master baths, and a 55' Samsung in the living room), Blu-Ray DVD players and movie library with selections for all ages, free wireless high speed internet, high end furnishings, Synchrony garden tub, exercise area with stationary bicycle, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and ensuite laundry room. Four folding beach chairs (inside the condo) are also provided for your use. A separate closet contains a crib and a highchair. Access to the condo is via a modern roomy elevator; for the disabled, there are absolutely no steps either to the condo or to the pool and gulf-front restaurant (although there is also a wide exterior staircase for those wishing to walk). Parking for three cars. Free daily beach service: set-up of 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach right in front of Mer Sea included, March 1-Nov 1. Four additional beach chairs for guests' use are located inside Mer Sea.
HIGH POINTE RESORT
The only true full-service gulf front resort in the area, High Pointe features a fantastic 7000 square foot tropical lagoon pool with islands and waterfalls, separate kiddie pool, large (20 ft) heated spa, lighted clay tennis courts, shuffleboard, outdoor grilling area, children's playground, a fabulous gulf front bar and grill, and of course 600 feet of private, pristine beach. Uniformed, professional, CPR-trained attendents service our beach March 1-October 31. Rosemary Beach, renowned for all its dining, shopping, biking, and entertainment opportunities, is only a very short stroll (500 feet) to the east, as is blossoming Alys Beach to the west. High Pointe is a tropically landscaped, very low density resort with a gated entrance from Florida Scenic 30A, and its facilities are for the exclusive private use of the guests.

This week was a very special week for our family. Both our daughters graduated from college - one grad and one undergrad! We have been planning this celebration vacation for a year and it was the perfect place to celebrate. Beautiful accommodations, view, beach, shopping, biking, and restaurants. We also spent a few nights eating delicious meals right here! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our lives. Thank you for providing this very special oasis by the sea. This was our first time to stay at Mer Sea and it was fabulous in every way! Great location, peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had such a wonderful family vacation here at Mer Sea. The condo is so beautiful. It was our home away from home this week. The view of the ocean was gorgeous and the sound of the waves so relaxing. Our little girl, who is almost 4, loved it here. Looking for shells and building sandcastles were her favorite things to do here, along with playing in the incredible pool. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. My only complaint is....... I wish we could stay longer! This was a terrific, memorable, and relaxing week. The condo was perfect, the activities invigorating, and the weather was perfect, too. What a wonderful week we had with our kids and granddaughters! Mer Sea is incredible - we loved every detail. It was my girls first time surfing. A week of absolutes! Absolutely wonderful... Absolutely beautiful... Absolutely the best vacation ever!!! Absolutely the best condo ever!!! Absolutely the best views ever!!! Saw dolphins, schools of fish, a sea turtle, a mated pair of sea hawks (in hunting action) and lots more - all from the balcony! Our kids loved the beach & the pool, too!
