Amazing Views - Beachfront 2BR/2BA Condo

Why the Owner Chose Island Shores
Awesome direct ocean view as soon as you walk in the place. It's right next to Sea-n-Suds, Waffle House across the street, and short walk to Hooters, Pink Pony Pub and the Hangout. Hard to beat this location and view. Plus with a low density complex (59 units), there's plenty of room on our 200 feet of beachfront white sugar sand. It literally so fine it squeaks when you walk on it, and doesn't get too hot in the summer since it's white. I've traveled many beaches and haven't seen any better beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The ocean sounds are so relaxing. Many guests have spotted dolphins swimming as they sat on the balcony. Also, being on the top floor, it's a bit more quiet and peaceful away from other guests.

we had a great time - the condo was just as expected. Watching the dolphins every morning was one of our favorite things. Dinner at Bubba's seafood house was great !!! We will use this condo again and recommend it to everyone. My daughter is fixing to leave for college so it was our little get away - would not change a thing !!!

The condo was nice. We almost always stay at Island Shores and every time we do it is very nice. Lots of restaurants that you can walk to and some shops also. It is great for relaxing on the beach and we took early morning walks and got to see dolphins almost every morning. The beaches are in great shape as always. We love the area and go there at least one week every fall. If we are lucky sometimes more than a week.

Can't say enough. This place was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this area and condo. The views from the balcony were awesome especially the morning we saw dolphins swimming about a 100 yards from the shore. This would be a great place for a family vacation. We will plan on returning to the area and the condo in the future. Loved the fact that the owners were so easy to work with, no hassles at all.

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. Our family spent 7 nights in the condo. The views and closeness to the beach are what make this a 10. The McGee condo was exactly as described, clean, bright, cheery and furnished with all the necessities of home. The location makes it easy to get to local hangouts and restaurants. (Our favorites is Docs and DeSotos) The owner takes very good care to all details and cleanliness. I highly recommend the McGee condo. The security is also a plus. The only thing that I felt the condo needed was a room darkening shade in the master bedroom. We will definitely deal with Mr. McGee again. I look forward to our next visit to Gulf Shores.

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The condo is really nice and we enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the beach. If you didn't want to go to the beach you didn't have to. You could still enjoy the view. We had beautiful weather, not a drop of rain the whole week we were there. It rained on us going down and then we didn't see another drop of rain the entire week. The most fun thing we did was to take a Dolphin Cruise. This was not expensive, as I suspected it would be. It was wonderful. If you get the opportunity to do this, you'll certainly enjoy it. Channing is a great person to rent from. I have been recommending this condo to everyone that I can. The price is reasonable and we certainly enjoyed the week. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We will probably rent from you again.

Condo was just as described. Channing communicated every detail and we knew what to expect when we arrived. Keyless entry meant no checking in which made the arrival process easy and no one had to wait. Wonderful location and we were able to walk to multiple souvenir stores and out to eat at many great locations. Had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

Thanks so much for letting stay at your condo.it was everything and more we could have asked for. We enjoyed the view and the quiet surroundings and the convience of being right on the beach the unit was clean and well supplied .
