we had a great time - the condo was just as expected. Watching the dolphins every morning was one of our favorite things. Dinner at Bubba's seafood house was great !!! We will use this condo again and recommend it to everyone. My daughter is fixing to leave for college so it was our little get away - would not change a thing !!!

My best friend and I started a tradition last year of taking a beach trip on Mother's Day weekend. This was our 2nd year. From now on, I hope we can get this condo every year! The condo was nice. We almost always stay at Island Shores and every time we do it is very nice. Lots of restaurants that you can walk to and some shops also. It is great for relaxing on the beach and we took early morning walks and got to see dolphins almost every morning. The beaches are in great shape as always. We love the area and go there at least one week every fall. If we are lucky sometimes more than a week.

Can't say enough. This place was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this area and condo. The views from the balcony were awesome especially the morning we saw dolphins swimming about a 100 yards from the shore. This would be a great place for a family vacation. We will plan on returning to the area and the condo in the future. Loved the fact that the owners were so easy to work with, no hassles at all.

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. Our family spent 7 nights in the condo. The views and closeness to the beach are what make this a 10. The McGee condo was exactly as described, clean, bright, cheery and furnished with all the necessities of home. The location makes it easy to get to local hangouts and restaurants. (Our favorites is Docs and DeSotos) The owner takes very good care to all details and cleanliness. I highly recommend the McGee condo. The security is also a plus. The only thing that I felt the condo needed was a room darkening shade in the master bedroom. We will definitely deal with Mr. McGee again. I look forward to our next visit to Gulf Shores.

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The condo is really nice and we enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the beach. If you didn't want to go to the beach you didn't have to. You could still enjoy the view. We had beautiful weather, not a drop of rain the whole week we were there. It rained on us going down and then we didn't see another drop of rain the entire week. The most fun thing we did was to take a Dolphin Cruise. This was not expensive, as I suspected it would be. It was wonderful. If you get the opportunity to do this, you'll certainly enjoy it. Channing is a great person to rent from. I have been recommending this condo to everyone that I can. The price is reasonable and we certainly enjoyed the week. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We will probably rent from you again.

Condo was just as described. Channing communicated every detail and we knew what to expect when we arrived. Keyless entry meant no checking in which made the arrival process easy and no one had to wait. Wonderful location and we were able to walk to multiple souvenir stores and out to eat at many great locations. Had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

We stayed for 4 nights in late November, and the weather was beautiful. The condo was in great shape and would be a nice choice for a small family. Channing was incredibly responsive and great to work with. He made the process very easy and even called the condo after we'd arrived to make sure everything was ok. The view is uninterrupted beach, and this condo is on the top (6th) floor. Great, economical choice!

I found the condo very clean and fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen items. The stay was nice this time of year and the rate was a very good one. I will most definetely consider staying there again. Channing was very pleasant and accomodating. The only changes that I might add would be more towels and possibily a wall hair dryer for each bath. Also Hurricane IKE decided to show up with back lashes, so with the flooding we had to cut our trip short. Other than that--it was perfect! Marie

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Shores. The condo was perfect for our family!! The pictures are very accurate and the beach was wonderful. There were two extra bonuses that Mr. Channing did not promise...watching dolphins from our balcony in the mornings and we also enjoyed the close proximity to the "T". We walked just about everynight and said next time we'd just walk to dinner!!

This condo was great! We are definately coming back. Our last morning there, we sat on the balcony and watched several dolphins playing next to the beach. It was awesome! Being next to Sea N Suds was a plus for us too.

The location of the condo was centrally located and convenient to resturants and was easy to get in ond out of traffic. Security was a plus as well. The beach was close to the back of the condo making it easy to go back and forth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Gulf Shores condo! It was very clean and had a bright, island decor. It had everything we needed from a blender to a variety of DVDs to watch and books to read. The beach was literally an elevator ride away. There were no hassles whatsoever - we'd definitely stay at this Island Shores condo again. The condo was 100% as advertised (maybe even better, with all the extras)!

Very nice place and at a great value!!! Perfect for a family with kids. Great location central to everything you need. Awesome views each morning and evening. The pool is fantastic and being able to walk right out to the beach is extremley convenient with little ones in tow. We left our stuff on the beach every night with no problems. Will definately stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

My family only had a couple of days to get away so we wanted a place that was close to the beach and other attractions in Gulf Shores. This place did the trick. It was clean, everything worked and dealing with the owner was a breeze. He even went out of his way to try an locate a pair of expensive sunglasses that I misplaced. I highly recommend.

We spent three nights at this condo in May. Had a good time in Gulf Shores, but especially enjoyed our time at the condo. Was great to sit on the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean, overhearing the ocean roaring and playing cards at the same time! The description of the condo on its web site was very accurate and up to date. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing, pleasant site for a vacation.
