HIGH! HIGH! HIGH in the SKY!!! You can't get much higher than our 12TH FLOOR UNIT which is why we have one of the best views in the building!! Our units are unique from the rest of the building in that they have the best skyline panoramic views in the building (you can see most of the back bay area, Ole River, Perdido Key, and the ocean). They also have ten foot ceilings and tall doors (just like the penthouse) instead of the nine foot ceilings found in the rest of the building. So this is the closest floor to the penthouse without being in the penthouse. Both of our units are over 1800 square ft with 3BR/3BA. For the people that are somewhat familiar to this area... the Florabama is less than 1 block to the east.
Our condo has all the extras you expect in a luxurious condo: the kitchen has 3 cm granite countertops, with a molded glass table bar, gourmet kitchen stainless steel appliances, oven with warming drawer, built-in microwave, wine cooler/refrigerator and stand-alone large ice maker. All 3 bathrooms have 3 cm granite countertops with modern fixtures and splash bowls. Our condo (can sleep up to 8 people) and it has 3BR/3BA with a king bed (master room), queen bed (guest room), 2 twin beds (guest room) and sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The master bedroom has its own stand-up shower with back jet massagers and a separate private jetted Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom also has a very spacious 10ft x 10ft walk in closet. The living room and the master bedroom both have balcony/views. All rooms have flat screen LCD HDTV's and dvd players. There is also free local phone service as well as free high speed wireless internet service.
Bella Luna is a brand new modern luxurious condo. The building design is very unique and it's not like your standard "box" condo. It has beautiful curved walls throughout the condo (not the standard square or rectangular shaped rooms that you'll find in hotels or other condos). It also has a lot of amenities such as... three outdoor (very kid friendly) swimming pools (1 pool with chaise loungers built inside it) and another zero-entry pool with water shooting out of it, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tubs (inside and outside), outdoor grills, gym/fitness center with free weights/machines, treadmills, elliptical machines and stairmaster (all which have LCD TV's). It also has 1 sauna and 1 steam room. The fitness room also has a fantastic view as it overlooks the pool area and Ole River. There's also a large marina right next to the pool area. So if you have a boat or jet ski, you can tie it up to the dock for free. Your kids can also go fishing off the pier as well. So there are a lot of extras that the Bella Luna condo offers for your vacation that you'll never find in another resort.
