Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
We and our 5 daughters took family vacations every Spring for some 12-15 years on Hilton Head Island. We always found it to be a peaceful, soothing place, and we loved all the activities and the flora and fauna that abound by the ocean; the fresh shrimp and oysters aren't bad either!
It was always a person goal to own property on the ocean, and this villa allowed us a chance to fulfill that dream.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium (Villa)
The absolute best feature of this villa is its southerly orientation facing the beach. you can sit on the balcony, in the shade, all morning and watch the ocean and all of the beach activity. The direct morning sun can be very bright and can be a bit too penetrating, but not on this balcony. Also, with the mirrors in the villa you can see the ocean directly, or indirectly from almost any location in the living room or kitchen area.
