This condominium was built in 2006, it is on the third floor with a great view of the beach. This condominium is beautifully decorated but with comfort in mind. There is a large balcony with a ~BBQ~ grill and table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals with the great view of the ocean.
Just ride the elevator down, step off and you are at the pool, just a few feet past the pool and you are on the beautiful white sands of the beach. No driving, no long walk and no busy roads to cross.
Want to fish? Well you are a short walk to the fishing pier or the city marina.
There are many shops and great places to eat right here in Mexico Beach and you are only 30 minutes to Panama City to the West, or about 45 minutes to the East and you will be in Apalachicola and St. George Island.

Dear Charles & Carol, thanks so much for letting us "experince" your beautiful place here. The peacefullness of this area is such a contrast to our regular stay at Panama Beach. The sunsets out on the beach is what "vacationing" is all about. The condo is so nice and all the furnishings are first rate. Thanks for the advice about Sunset Grill in Port St Joe. What a wonderful week! Originally we were going to Biloxi, but the oil spill sent us further East and we found you online. What a blessing, from the beautiful condo with every need supplied to the beach where we could leave our chairs and umbrella out for the week to the best seafood ever at "Killer Seafood".It has been a blessing to be here and our 14 year old daughter is so sad to leave. We will definately be back! Thanks for sharing this slice of heaven with the rest of us. By the way that is the CUTEST toster I have ever seen!
