This is a brand new condominium in a brand new complex perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. It is only about a 3 minute walk to beautiful Hon'ls beach and park.

It is only about a 5 minute walk to all of the wonderful restaurants in Kailua-Kona. It is about a 5 minute drive to one of the best snorkeling beaches in the world with plentiful sea turtles to delight the kids (and the adults!).

Take a whale watching cruise during the day or stay at your 1400+ square foot home and enjoy the hot tub, pool, and exercise center. Golf courses, tennis courts, and beaches abound in the area. Only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

The Big Island is our favorite island by far. We have been visiting there for 25 years so we finally decided to buy a condo. We love the volcano, the beaches, the varied terrain, the restaurants, the weather, and the snorkeling.

    • We just returned from a wonderful stay in Kona (Mar 24-Apr 1/08) and the best part of the trip without a doubt was the condo we rented and the complex itself. What a great, well cared for condo and complex and grounds. It was even nicer than we thought it would be and the kids loved having their own rooms and we will gladly stay there again and we will be recommending it to all our family and friends. You couldn't find a nicer condo in a better area or more convenient to the shops and restaurants and waterfront than this one. We (family of 4, kids are 12 & 14) walked into town from the condo every day and by the end of our trip my wife and I were sometimes walking 4-5 miles every morning out past the Kona Rec Center pool, ball diamonds, soccer field, tennis courts and back! Even at night we'd leave the car parked at the condo and just walk into town for dinner and it only took maybe 10 minutes. Just can't beat the warm morning and nights in Hawaii and the Big Island didn't disappoint. Now we're back here in Calgary and my tan is fading and my skin is dry and peeling and I'm watching a brutal spring snow storm out my office window and wishing I was back in Kona!
