Just returned from staying in this condo. It was well appointed and very clean. Drew and Cheri were wonderful to work with and very helpful as this was a last minute reservation. The condo is spacious for me and two girlfriends. The kitchen was well stocked eventhough we didn't do much eating in. The pool was the best on the beach and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If I return to PCB, i definately will stay here again.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wonderful experience at the Shores of Panama. Simple and easy check-in onsite. Beautifully decorated condo. Gorgeous views of the beach and incredible pool area! Perfect pool for our 3 year old son. Zero entry pool is exactly what is needed with a toddler. Decorated nicely and super clean. Would highly recommend this unit. Plan to stay there again next year! Rental experience was impressive.

We just returned from this condo and loved every moment of our stay there. The room was beautiful and very clean. The whole rental process went smoothly and we would definitely stay in this unit again. The staff on site was extremely helpful and friendly and I look forward to another vacation in this same spot.

perfect vacation

We stayed at this condo August 7th thru 14th. We have taken vacations to the ocean 15 out of the last 16 years, this was most definitely one of best times yet. The condo was everything we were hoping for, it was clean, loved the super king bed, and the larger bunk beds for our 13 and 16 yr old boys. It was nice having a fully equipped kitchen, and nice furniture. This is our second time at this resort and just like the last time the pool, beach, acivities, and restaurants were awesome again. I couldn't believe the bonus that we got to enjoy, Saturday night which was our last one they had "Restless Heart" in concert on the pool side stage, it was great, where can you go and sit in or around the pool and listen to a live concert like that. We will most likely be going back next year and hopefully bringing down my brothers family as well. Hopefully we will beable to hook up with the same condo as well for there were no disapointments and it was very competitively priced. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

BEST PLACE IN PANAMA CITY...PERIOD.

My wife and 2 kids just got back from our annual family vacation in Panama City, FLA. This is the 4th year in a row we have rented this particular unit from the owner and they have been awesome to work with over the years. Matter of fact we have every intention of returning at least once but maybe twice in the upcoming year. The unit has a great view of the amazing pool and beautiful beaches. The furnishings are great and make for a perfectly relaxing place to stay after a long day at the pool and beach. There is a private parking space just steps away from the room which is nice after coming home from dinner out on the town or carrying in groceries. This particular unit has free wifi, nice flat screen tvs, dvd players, cold AC, plush bedding and a nice fridge to keep your drinks cold. The kids love the bar in the kitchen and the granite tops are a nice touch! The pool at Shores of Panama is the best. Two bars and they even have waitresses to bring the drinks to you while you relax. There is also a grill at the pool that has amazing food. The beach is wide open and plenty of room to set up your tent for the week. They have jetskis, parasailing and various other water sports. The resort also has tons of activities for the kids all week as well. Kareoke 3 days a week and live music. Pineapple Willys is right next door and is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. Ive stayed many places in Panama City over the years and Shores of Panama is where its at! Would give this unit and the resort 2 thumbs up and recommend to all my friends and family. A must visit soon! Thanks.

Worst vacation experience everI

This was the worst experience ever. The owner actually hung the phone up on my wife as she was expressing her issue with the occurrences that took place. We came into town early prior to check in, and did the typical family thing by going to WalMart and then proceeded to check in @ 4pm. When we arrived at the room to find it uncleaned, filthy (so bad that it had been that way for numerous visitors to have been that bad), and in poor condition. We attempted to call the owner numerous times to no avail. Eventually we were able to get in touch with after hours personnel who has absolutely no idea of what happened either. It required several phone calls and emails to get the proper person that could help. That person got their cleaning crew to come out and they arrived at the room around 6:30pm, finishing around 8:30pm. We had a two year old sweating, hungry, and very tired waiting not to mention it completely ruined the first day of hour vacation. We eventually reached the owner who said that he apologized there was a mix up and he would refund only 1/2 day rent because we were only inconvenienced by 4 hours. Then as we began to express our issue with that, he hung up on my wife like an adolescent child... What a great owner/company to rent from... This was obviously poor scheduling and management that they took no responsibility for...plus the room is poor condition... Simply stated, horrible management, unprofessional owner, room is in below average condition for a 3 year old resort...stay away!

Owner response:There was a mistake. The person who was responsible for arranging maid service had a death in her family. As she was leaving town, she sent the service a note to be sure that the condo was cleaned for 7/31 and not 7/30 move in. It was a typo and yes, we made a mistake. When the renters showed up at 4:00 p.m. on 7/30 as arranged the condo was not cleaned. We did receive a call to our on-call person. He got in touch with the owners and we had the maid service at the condo by 5:00 p.m. and cleaned by 7:00 p.m. We refunded a full nights charge. We think we have been more than fair for a 3 hour postponement. Our associate did hang up the phone on after he listened to her concerns and complaints for 20 minutes. He had given her a resolution and there was nothing more that could have been said or accomplished. He apologized several times for our mistake. She would not allow him to go so he said "Goodbye" and hung up. Evidently our apologies and refund were not enough.

I would highly recommend this unit to family and friends. My family and our two children visited last May and were blown away by the ammenities and fun activities to do at the Shores. The pool is so much fun and the hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed being able to spend time at the beach and then come back to the pool to relax and get refreshed again. It's been years since we've been to Panama City and I can honestly say I did not expect things to be so much fun for everyone in the family....the condo is very new, the furniture in great condition. I could not have asked for anything better, we will definitely return! There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very accomodating of our request for guests and was prompt to return all emails and addressed any concerns over booking online to my satisfaction. It was a pleasant experience-the best vacation on the beach in years.
