Located directly on the Gulf, with breathtaking, panoramic views! There is only one home between us and Camp Helen State Park (and they rarely visit!) At least a half mile of beautiful, undeveloped beach is yours to enjoy! Check out the pictures!

Coastal Living Magazine recently rated adjoining Rosemary Beach as the "#4 Best beach for swimming in the U.S"...Our beaches are the same as Rosemary's, with less people!

It's a short driving distance to fantastic dining, night life, golf courses, kid's activities and shopping. Destin, Panama City Beach, Seaside, etc., are just minutes away. Two great restaurants & an awesome (upscale) sports bar are within a mile of us. We like to order take out & have dinner on the porch...

Pier Park is now open and only 10 minutes away! Referred to as an "open-air regional lifestyle center", this 1.1 million sq. ft. develpment has something for everyone! A few you will enjoy are Dillards, Target, J.C. Penny, Old Navy, Chico's, Buffett's Margaritaville, Longhorn, Tootsie's (live music), The Back Porch and many more! Enjoy a movie in the state of the art Grand 16 Theater...You have lots of choices!

We are just minutes from miles-long bike and jogging paths!

Inside you'll find comfortable, overstuffed furniture, High Speed WiFi Internet, 3 TV's with cable, 3 DVD's, 3 VCR's, 50 +/- movies, 3 stereos with CD players, lots of books, magazines, games, etc...A rainy day (although rare)can be fun & relaxing!

If you enjoy cooking, you'll find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen! Charcoal grill is provided.

Relax on the main level covered porch, or soak up the sun or star gaze from the totally private deck off the King master suite. From here you can also see Phillip's Inlet and the old historic pier...Incredible VIEWS!

Outside there is comfortable wicker furniture and a glass top table with four chairs, perfect for your morning coffee, a game of cards, or dinner while overlooking the ocean. Chaise lounge chairs with coushins & beach chairs are also provided.

The other member of the family, your pet, is welcome also! The fishing is great, sunsets and sunrises are to die for!

  • "Excellent location and value. We will be back. " "This condo is practically as close as you can get to the water. Making it to and from the beach takes no effort at all, even with chairs and a two-year-old in tow. We ate every meal on the outside deck. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. There are plenty of restaurants close enough for walking or delivery. The condo is organized to maximize the inside space. On the rare occasion we turned on the television, we were able to accommodate the entire group in the living room. The bedroom closets are large and everything is comfortable. We recommend this property if you want to be VERY close to the water, if you can fit into two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, and if you want a great deal compared to nearby Rosemary. The neighboring house is beautiful and evidently, the owners do not visit often. The state park is on the other side of the neighboring house, so you can imagine that we enjoyed peace and quiet. Our dogs loved it and we did, too. Excellent all around. We will be back. "

It is just Awe inspiring! Mary's Condo is very clean, has everything that you could want and feels just as welcoming and inviting as your own home. Sitting on the deck outside the master suite at night and looking up at the stars was a welcomed site for us "City Girls" We enjoyed hearing nothing but the ocean and birds. The white sugar sand beach was a great way to start the day, just you, and God's gift of nature. If you want adventure, Panama Beach and Destin are not far away. We loved our adventure to these citys but always enjoyed coming "home" to the tranquality of Inlet Beach. The perfect way to end a day at Inlet Beach is sitting on the beach and watching the sun set...BREATHTAKING. Inlet Beach will be a return vacation spot for this Texas girl!

  • Inlet Beach Hideaway is perfect...the website, while good, just doesn't do it justice!! We had only 3 short days at this amazingly private little place with spectacular views. Would highly recommed it for a couples or girls get away. It was such a home away from home...Mary has thought of EVERYTHING. We can't wait to go back...and next time we'll bring our pups.

  • Mary, What can I say--the best vacation I have ever had in my life. Your place has it all, wonderful shopping in 2 areas Panama City & Destin and the most relaxing atmosphere on the Gulf - bar none. We watched the the sunsets in your swing on the beach and let the waves sing us to sleep each night. Both us and our dog says "It doesn't get any better than this!"   • Mary, Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. We loved Inlet beach and it quietness and quaintness. We have stayed in many places along the gulf coast and this place is by far the best equipped with anything that one would need. It was like someone’s home, and not just a rental unit. Our Yorkie loved laying on the deck and the enjoying gulf breeze, as we did also. Enjoyed several of the great nearby restaurants. Hope to return soon. Barbara & Jerry Pinson, AL

We couldn't believe how few people were on the beach! We really enjoyed the peace & privacy! Our little guy, J.J. had a great time running & playing on the beach! Thanks for allowing us to bring him! Just as it has become so crowded in the Gulf, to have a spot like Inlet Beach is a miracle! How lucky you are ~ and then we, to have your willingness to make it available to us!
