Splash is conveniently located on the quiet, family-friendly West End of Panama City which is much less crowded. It is only a couple of miles from the new Pier Park which is THE place to shop, eat and just hang out. There are world-class Seafood restaurants, golf, and countless other activities only minutes away. Why would you want to vacation anywhere else?
We require a non-refundable security deposit to hold you reservation and a refundable damage deposit with the balance due four weeks prior to your arrival. For last minute reservations, the full amount is due at once by either credit card or cashiers check. Otherwise, we accept Visa and Master Card or personal checks. Weekly rentals only during peak seasons and a three night minimum otherwise. For you snowbirds, ask about discounts on monthly and extended stays during winter. No smoking, No pets, and you absolutely must be at least 25 to rent. On-site security will check your Drivers License upon arrival.
