A spacious, safe, secure and comfortable 60 square meters (650 square foot) apartment with ten foot high ceiling and oak wood floors on the second floor of a 1950 neo-classic building with views of the Mediterranean Sea, in the heart of the French Riviera, NICE CENTER. No car is needed. One and on half blocks away from direct bus lines to and from the airport and picturesque touristic cities nestled in the hills. Ten minute leisurely walk will take you to the main train station or the Old Town of Nice. The famed Promenade des Anglais and its beaches are half a block away. Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and all services are just around the corner.

The apartment is composed of a small entrance leading to a dining/living combination, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom with queen-size bed. All three rooms have direct access to a flowered balcony/patio where you can enjoy outdoor meals with a sea view. Other rooms are a bathroom with full bath and shower and a separate toilet room adjacent to it.

All modern communication amenities are provided, Broadband DSL connection, Cable TV 100 plus channels, Free phone calls to any fixed phone in Europe, Canada, USA plus cell phones in Canada and USA.
