New 7 year old, charming two bedroom two bath home. This farmhouse is situated on 83 acres of pristine woodlands and perched in the middle of 25 acres of apple orchard, yours for the picking. The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath with a deep claw foot tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a full size bed. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and overlook the orchard. Additional sleeping accommodations are available on the first floor sofa bed. There are wood floors throughout, some have been restored from a 200 year old barn. Enjoy dining with friends and family at the antique table with views of Mt. Tecumseh. After a day of outdoor activities or sight seeing relax in the hot tub or on the front porch and take in the breath-taking views of the White Mountains. Maybe you will see deer or moose! Although private, the house is minutes to Waterville, Loon, and Cannon ski areas. GOLFERS come for the weekend or for the week and play at the award winning Owl's Nest Golf Course (located just 10 minutes away). Take a day and explore Lost River, the Polar Caves, or visit Clark's Trading Post. Also nearby are several lakes and rivers. Although you may find you want to stay in and cook in the modern kitchen, there are many fine and casual dining establishments in the area.
