With four bedrooms and three bathrooms this south-west facing house has spectacular views of the lake. You can walk (30 minutes), bike or drive to shops, restaurants, and downtown. Five minutes away from beautiful private beach, with great swimming and water sports in the crystal clear water of the lake. There is a large covered terrace and balconies.
The house is perfectly positioned for sightseeing trips to Rome which is about 45 minute drive but also accessible from Trevignano by bus and by train from nearby towns. The house has easy access to the popular regions of Florence, Umbria, and Tuscany.
Lake Bracciano is the focus of the area. It is large and deep and clean. There are sailboats, windsurfers and pedal boats, all available for rental along the sandy beaches that ring the lake.
The three small towns that sit on the lake all have lakeside restaurants and bars. A road winds around the lake for walking and cycling. The whole area is dotted with historical sights - Etruscan, Roman, and Medieval.
The house is a 40 minute drive away from the nearest beaches and there are many resorts heading North towards the beautiful beaches of Argentario and Porto Ercole.
