Welcome to Little Harbor at Seachase! We're pleased to offer to you, your family and friends this spectacular seventh floor Beach side condo. Our floor plan at Sea chase is not only one of the largest at 1400 square feet for two bedrooms, but is unique in that all rooms face the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with floor to ceiling glass. We have outfitted it so you will have the experience of a fine hotel, but set in an informal coastal decor.
Luxury abounds with two exceptionally large bedrooms. The master suite boasts a King-size bed with high end furniture supplying generous storage for your belongings complete with full-size TV/DVD/VCR. The master en suite has two separate dressing areas with a powder room and the other a separate water closet complete with shower/tub combination. Each bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two full beds complete with TV and a view to die for!
The living area is perfect for a laid back evening of relaxation. The full-size sleeper sofa can accommodate two additional guests, if needed. The generous sized dining room seats six adults comfortably with the same high end furniture on upholstered chairs with a beautiful chandelier completing the decor. The kitchen with breakfast bar looks out to the dining room offering the same panoramic view as all other rooms and is equipped for anything from a light snack to gourmet meal.
Our beach side home was totally renovated in April of 2007 by an Atlanta interior designer. Our goal was to give our guests the experience of bringing the outdoor coastal colors indoors. Soothing seaside hues reflect the natural habitat of the pristine gulf on the walls, flooring, upholstery and bed linens.
The Seachase location offers so much to see and do. Seachase offers a gulf side pool to complement the beach chaises and umbrellas available on the sugar white immaculate 300 foot long beach property. Shopping,dining, and the new attractions of the Panama City Beach area such as the new Pier Park and fishing pier.
New restaurants such as Carrabba's Italian Grill, Longhorn Steak House, and Panaera Bread are already just opened for your dining pleasure. You can find your vacation as action packed or quiet and relaxing as you want. We offer a "pet friendly" and "no smoking" environment.
Seachase is located in West End of Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road, one quarter mile West from the main access of Highway 79. Covered or open parking are available for you on the property with high speed elevators.
